  Bed spread needed cleaning. I suspect the AC would not be sufficient in the hot summer weeks. It was beautiful in mid October and not crowded.

  The bed was a little too soft, but other than that, it was perfect! Thanks for the fresh clean rug that made yoga a little easier. AND it was great to have a dry spot to safely store our bikes!

  Although it was a small unit, we loved the location and view. The unit itself has been updated, but some of the furnishings (sofa & rugs) needed cleaning. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay at this site again.

  First of all, I really like using Vacation Time of Hilton Head to rent Seaside Villas. They are wonderful, professional and are quick to resolve any problem you may have. I have rented from them several times in the past. Their office is located very close to Seaside Villas and check in and chec kout is a breeze. They don't even ask for a security deposit tacked on top of your regular deposit like many companies. Now about the Villa. WSS173 is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa because it is stained and also the LR rug. Also the overhead fans are much needed but you are hesitant to use them because they are dusty and dirty. Who wants to turn on a dusty fan over the bed that they will be sleeping in? Other than that - wonderful granite kitchen, ceramic shower and comfy king bed. Access to beach is crazy close and easy on the first floor. Loved my stay. Thank you.

  My family and i almost always stay at Seaside Villas. We had a wonderful time. Room was nice has king size bed, no bunk beds though miss that. Pool was fun. The best room so far at Seaside. Would love to come back.

  Beautifully decorated condo! The location was fabulous, right on the beach (a tiny walk away). The condo is small, but very functional. The bathroom looks great and the shower is so relaxing after a long day at the beach. Pool is kinda small. Loved the balcony (looking out on the ocean) where we had our breakfast and evening drink everyday. Staff from Vacation Time were very prompt to answer all my questions and even let us check in early. Highly recommend this condo and Vacation Time.

  We lucked out! This was the perfect getaway. My husband and I wanted to get out of the city and actually booked fairly last minute. The condo is right next to the water and such a good deal. It was recently remodeled. I didn't realize until we got there how close it is to coligny plaza which is full of shops and restaurants. Great condo and great vacation!

  We stayed in unit 173 for 4 nights. Overall it was a very good experience. The pros: The condo is nicely updated with very high end finishes. It is one unit back from the ocean, so it has a nice view of the ocean. There are adequate dishes. The televisions are very nice. The furnishings are very nice. The King size bed is comfortable. The shower is awesome for a unit this size. The unit was clean. The grounds are well maintained and the pools are as well. Everything is kept very clean. The beach is very nice with beach chairs available and lifeguards during the day. The condos are located within walking distance to Coligny as well. My picky cons: The units are tiny. So it was a pretty tight squeeze for the 4 of us. For 2 people it would be perfect. I would not recommend sleeping on the sofabed. The mattress is very thin, springy. There is also not enough room to put luggage, etc. for 4 folks. We were given 4 towels and 3 washcloths for 4 people for 4 nights. So bring your own towels/washcloths. The only other consideration would be the air conditioner. It cooled the living area fine, but the bedroom area was a little warm. In the hottest part of the summer this could probably be a real issue. I would recommend this unit for a couple only unless you enjoy very close quarters. But is is a beautiful unit and probably one of the nicest that SeaSide has to offer.

  Our stay at Seaside Villas was outstanding! The condo was wonderful, the location perfect, and the distance to the beach was unbeatable. Our condo was newly renovated and in great shape. The pictures looked great, but I was even more impressed upon arrival. We were so pleased and cannot wait to go back and stay in the same place! The staff at Vacation Time of Hilton Head was always helpful and friendly and we highly recommend them.

  Really we were skeptical, but being on a budget it was the logical choice. And then we got there and realized how CLOSE we were to the beach, and how clean and "NEW" feeling the Villa was. We will stay again for sure, great option for a small family with young child.

  Ceiling fans and shower were dirty. There was less than a quarter of a roll of toilet tissue when we arrived. Location was great - could walk to everything. Nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable.

  Nice place to stay. Make sure to bring your own towels and washclothes if you don't want to do laundry on your vacation. Also bring extra toilet paper. Not enough supplied for 4 people for an entire week. Otherwise, good place to stay.
