  We enjoyed our stay on HHI. The condo was clean and in close proximity to everything in the Coligny Area. It's a bit small, but plenty of room for a couple. Families should look elsewhere for more room. The view is average from the balcony, but we weren't the type to spend a lot of time inside. Having a clean place to shower and sleep is important to us, and this condo had it. It's pretty far from the elevators if that's something you need, but we didn't, so it was kind of nice to be away from the noise of it and the pool. Would stay here again if we return as a couple. Might look for something bigger when we bring our kiddo next time.

  We had a wonderful stay at our rented condo #373 at Seaside Villas. The condo was very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and very clean and well maintained. We would recommend Seaside Villas to friends. One highlight of our trip was taking the ferry out of Harbor Town to Savannah. When we docked in Savannah we took the Trolley Tour of the city and then had lunch at the Shrimp Factory on River Street. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed in Hilton head were Captain Woody's, Crazy Crab, Old Oyster Factory and Salty Dog.

  My hubby and I arrived early evening without any problems. This villa has ample space for 2 people and equipped with everything needed for our stay. This was our first time renting bicycles and being able to ride on the beach and around the island was awesome. It is decorated really well and we enjoyed all of the personal touches that were made. If we had anything to be negative about, it would be the people that rented below us who kept slamming the patio door over and over again. I have no idea why they needed to keep doing that, but it was quite annoying. All in all, it was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you.

  We couldn't have asked for a better rental! The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived. The balcony has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well-appointed (not only everyday dishes, but even a crock pot, waffle iron and blender!). The bed and furniture were comfortable (we used the couch as a pull out for our daughter) and there were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. There was a lot of space for our stuff, and it was really helpful that they had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The location is unbeatable - mere feet from the beach (which is amazing, we saw dolphins while we were swimming) and only a 5 minute walk from Coligny Plaza, which has restaurants and shops and anything else you could want. The property was well-maintained and the pools were nice. Someone mentioned the stairs - yes there are a lot of stairs, but it's on the third floor (which gives the best view and you don't have to worry about people above you making noise) and there is an elevator if you don't want to use the stairs, so I didn't see that as an issue. Vacation Time was great at accommodating us (we came in at 5 a.m. and they left us out a key) and John and Barb were great to work with as well. We will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend this property to anybody.

  Loved, loved, loved our time in HHI at Seaside Villa. The beautiful sunset coming in from the balcony doorway in the evening was gorgeous. I was able to fix dinner and take pictures at the same time. We enjoyed the beach chairs in the morning as we sat watching the beautiful sunrise over the ocean (and take pics:)as we enjoyed our coffee...The villa was awesome, just the right size for the two of us, very private and clean, it was equipped w/everything we needed and made our 35th anniversary memorable! We visited the light house and "Salty Dog"(got the t-shirt:)this being the only time we needed our car... We strolled the parkway and seen 3 gators...I thought that was cool!....wondered though what kept them critters down off the bridges and walking paths...lol...The beach is literally at your back door, clean, not crowded for Oct....loved our time watching the waves, birds, crabs, ships...and the last morning there as I was watching the sunrise one last time, there were dolphins that showed up!! I would defiantly recommend Seaside Villa and we will be back ourselves when we need a trip to the beach/ocean.

  The condo is great: warm, tasty decorated with everything you need inside. And the vue ….!!! Nothing can beat that vue ! I am missing already those wonderful breakfasts on the balcony, looking at the sea.
  This place reminded me a bit of my parents ‘condo on the French coast where my extended family (I have 2 sisters, a brother, 2 stepsisters and 10 nieces and nephews) loves to gather each year!

Location of Seaside Villas is perfect and we will always try to stay in the South Forest beach area. The owner of our condo had definitely put a lot of time and decorating knowledge into this condo and what could have been a very tiny space she had opened up and made very spacious and decorated it so lovely. The owner also provided us with a list of restaurants aand activities recommendations that we closely followed because every one of the recommendations was spot on.   We enjoyed our stay, had every amenity we needed! The bikes, beach chairs and umbrella included were a bonus as we used them daily. Great location to Coligny plaza for walking and shopping. The wireless internet and TV worked great. Owners were accommodating, friendly and thorough. Used VRBO website first time and it was a success!

  Our condo was absolutely fabulous. It was in a great location close to dinning and shopping beach views and direct access to the beach. The furnishings were comfortable and the overall all layout and space was perfect for two people. The condo did come with two bikes for us to use. I would maybe suggest they look into updating the bikes soon as they have seen much better days. We still used them however and they got us from point a to point b. This was out first time in Hilton Head and we look forward to returning soon. We would definitely rent this condo again.

  We have stayed at this location several times. It is centrally located on the island and steps away from the beach. Affordable. It is a small condo, but adequate for just the 2 of us. Comfortably furnished. Owners very nice and helpful. Beach furniture and bikes provided for this particular room. Very nice pool. Covered parking available. Only drawback is 3rd floor level at far end of building. Elevator is middle of building. I would recommend bringing your own bath towels. We have stayed at other places on the island , but this is our favorite.

  The rental was great except for the fact that we couldn't adjust the air conditioning to stay on long enough to cool the bedroom. We had fans running the entire stay and even a floor fan in the hall way but the bedroom remained warm along with the bathroom. Even my sister and her husband remarked about the warmth of the condo. The other issue was that there was no remote for the TV in the living room so maintenance had to bring one from Time Warner which we didn't get until Monday or Tuesday so we had to watch the tv in the bedroom until the new control arrived. Other than that the stay was great. Our bikes were in good working order and the condo was furnished with everything we needed. We stay at Sea Side Villas every year we come and this was one of the nicer condo's that we have stayed in and our first time in Seaside II. Would definitely reccomend to a friend.

  Third floor unit at end of hall. Far from elevator or LOTS of steps. Hallway very hot with no air conditioning or outside ventilation. Once inside the unit, it was very nice and met our needs. Owners extremely nice and helpful. We have stayed at Seaside several times and plan to return again. Barb and John's unit is one of the best there. Affordable and very near the beach which we love. Enjoyed the bikes they provided.

  Everything was great! The location, cleanliness, check-in/check-out, etc... and we would definitely rent this property again. But one thing that I would like to mention that might be helpful for future renters... the space was a little smaller than what we were expecting and the bedroom doesn't have a door, which was fine for us and our 2 & 3 year-olds, but if my wife & I wanted a little privacy from others it wouldn't have been possible.

  My husband and I visited HHI for the first time ever and stayed in this quaint condo after talking on the phone to the wonderful owners. The condo was small but very well equipped. My only complaint was the master bedroom was directly beside the exterior hallway of the complex and I felt it lacked privacy and felt a bit hotel-ish. It was perfect for my husband and I since we only slept and cooked there.

  My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was just perfect for two people, had all the amenities that one could want. It was very clean and the decor was very stylish. The boardwalk to the beach was right across the parking lot, the pool was very nice and never overcrowded. It was nice being so close to Coligny Plaza. My only two suggestions would be to add a box fan to the condo and a tool to adjust the seats on the bikes. Would definitely stay there again.

  Everything was excellent except there was a strong fish odor in the villa that persisted for several days. It smelled like someone had fried fish. We left the patio door open and bought an air freshner but the odor lingered until almost time for us to depart. But over all a very enjoyable experience.

  This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and we can't wait to go back. The condo was right on the beach and it was very convenient to have Coligny within walking distance. The condo was neat and comfortable. There was enough room to set up the pack-n-play for the baby, and even to cook dinner a few nights. It was great to have bikes available to ride around the island. This condo is the closest to the beach without having to pay oceanfront costs - a lovely benefit. Anyone would enjoy their stay here.
