Please be aware that due to future renovations in South Beach Village the South Beach Marina Swimming Pool located at 232 South Sea Pines Drive, will not be open for the 2024 pool season. Bluff Villa 1692 is perfectly located within the heart of Sea Pines Plantation and less than 100 yards from a lovely stretch of picturesque South Beach and Braddock Cove. It is located only a few steps from the South Beach Village Marina with the famous Salty Dog Cafe and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities. Located on the 3rd floor, (top floor) of Bluff Villas, this two-bedroom vacation home has been refurbished and features beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. Please note there are no elevators in the Bluff Villas. Open to the living room, the dining area seats six people. The new modern kitchen is fully equipped and is appointed with stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar has seating for 3 people. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the balcony, and a walk-in closet. There is also a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom includes a double vanity with a modern walk-in shower and tiled floor. The guest bedroom is ideal for a family setting as it has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the lower level and a twin on top. The full-size mattress does have a twin size trundle beneath. The guest bathroom has a single vanity with a shower/bathtub combination. ***Please Note: Guests can use the South Beach Marina pool during their stay; however only 5 passes are provided with the villa which will cover a group of 5 people. Additional fees may apply for additional people which can be paid directly to the attendant at the pool. For beach lovers, the beach is less than 100 yards from a stretch of South Beach which provides views towards Harbour Town and fantastic sunsets over Daufuskie Island. A short walk away is Tower Beach with outdoor grills, picnic tables, and a shaded pavilion that offers stunning views of the ocean and the entrance to Calibogue Sound. The new Seapines Beach Club is a short car or bike ride away. It is a gathering place for sand and water activities as well as a beach bar and restaurants for lunch and dinner overlooking the ocean. The South Beach Country Store is a short walk away in the Marina for those last-minute items you may need. At the entrance gate to Sea Pines, there are a number of supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and bars. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**
