This oceanfront complex on South Forest Beach Drive offers three bedroom, three bath oceanside townhouse style condominiums that overlook the courtyard and pool and is just a short stroll to the beach. Each condominium has a living room - dining room combination, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, two bedrooms, two baths on the lower level and a master bedroom, bathroom suite on the upper level.



This townhouse has a sliding glass door and balcony that opens onto the courtyard with a spiral staircase going down to the pool area. There is a large sunning deck off of the master bedroom suite. Complimentary tennis and health club facility is available as well as our kid approved children's summer activities program.



Typical bedding is a king bed, four twin beds and queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 with use of the sleeper sofa. Initial linens, sheets & towels, are provided upon arrival only. Includes departure cleaning. Sales tax is11%.
