This five story building is located on South Forest Beach Drive just across the street from the beach was completely renovated inside and out in 2006 and offers three bedroom, two and 1/2 bath flat style apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room and dining room combination. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of the complex.



With pool, tennis courts and easy beach access, Xanadu offers an affordable family vacation. Complimentary access to a health club facility is available as well as our kid approved children's summer activities program.



Typical bedding consists of a king or queen bed, 4 twins, and queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 with use of the sleeper sofa. Initial linens, sheets & towels, are provided upon arrival only. Includes departure cleaning. Sales tax is 11%.
