- What is happening with the Adventure Inn Resort and Rentals?
We moved into our new offices at #3 LeMoyne Ave on February12, 2008 (just across the street from our old location). The three, two story, red brick buildings that were the old Adventure Inn will be taken down by the middle to the end of March 2008. The footprint of the buildings will be seeded with grass. The pools and deck will remain as they are and be usable all season. The property between Ocean Dunes and Carolina Club will remain clean, quiet and usable all season. Sometime after the summer of 2008 construction will begin on our new luxury condominium complex. We do not have a start date yet for the new construction. - What type accommodations do you have?
1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom oceanfront, ocean side and ocean access condominiums. - Where are our rental properties located?
Most of our rental properties are located oceanfront on South Forest Beach Dr, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 - What are your hours of operation?
We are open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm - Can I bring my dog or cat?
Sorry, we do not allow pets. - What is your new company name?
We will be using our corporate name which is Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island, Inc. Our phone numbers and web address will remain the same. Our offices will be permanently located at #3 LeMoyne Ave. - How many vehicles may we have per unit?
There is a 2 vehicle limit per villa. Motor cycles, boats, trailers, motor homes and campers are not allowed. - Can I smoke in the villas?
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in any public buildings or in any restaurants on Hilton Head Island. - What is there to do on Hilton Head Island?
To begin with we have the most spectacular beaches on the South Carolina coast. We have great shopping, dinning and entertainment. There are 21 public golf courses and hundreds of tennis courts on Hilton Head. There are bicycle trails and nature preserves. We have kayaking, fishing, swimming, parasailing, bowling, skate boarding, dolphin cruises, jet skis, horseback riding and sight seeing tours, to mention a few. We are 45 minutes from Beaufort, SC or Savannah, Ga. and 2 hours from Charleston, SC, all with beautiful downtown historic districts. We have museums, movie theatres, a symphony, and playhouse. We are sure there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy on Hilton Head. - What is your policy regarding hurricane evacuation?
If we do have to ask you to leave during your vacation do to the threat of a hurricane our policy has been to prorate the remaining days of your vacation and refund the balance. If you are unable to arrive do the threat of a hurricane we would happily reschedule at a later date or refund your deposit. - Can I book a reservation in my name for my underage son or daughter and their friends?
We are sorry our policy is all registering guests must be at least 21 years of age or be accompanied by a responsible adult. - Do I need to make golf reservations in advance of my reservation?
We do book golf packages at a discounted rate for our rental guest’s, however the best rate for tee times will be with a company called Last Minute Tee Times. Those tee times can be booked, by the guest, at a discounted rate, directly with Last Minute Tee Times either the night before or the morning of the desired day of play.
- Is there internet access available in my condo?
Unfortunately at this time most of the condos do not have internet access. We do have a PC set up in our office for our guests to use. Wifi is also available in our office for those guests with their own laptop.
