My wife and I have rented many times over the past few years from Vacation Time. They have always been so helpful & accommodating, even when our plans we last minute. I highly recommend using Vacation Time for your Hilton Head getaway experience.

View was wonderful! Access to the beach was easy. The AC unit in the bedroom was great to have and the bed was comfortable. Furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

The view was spectacular and with the AC running in the bedroom it was quiet overall. The tub drained a little slow, but everything else in the Villa was good. The shower water pressure was good and the villa overall was clean. But we came to the beach for the view of the ocean, and this room has that in spades. The pool was heated, which was a must as it was on the chilly side during our stay. Lots of things to do close to the property. Check out Hilton Head Social Bakery and the Jazz Corner. Both are amazing!!

I come to ocean vacations to enjoy the view from our condo. This unit had a great view of ocean at a very reasonable rate. Sleep number bed was nice, since I like a soft bed. I really like the location also. We went on long 2-4 mile walks on the beach each day. The sand is hard which was a little different than I am used to and hardly any shells. Would recommend providing beach chairs in the unit.

Overall the unit was sufficient for our needs. The unit was a little dated but was clean and mostly comfortable. The Sleep Number bed wasn’t the very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. The seating on the balcony was worn and not very enticing to want to sit on. The elevator was not working when we checked but was fixed before we left.

It was great being so close to the beach and the pool and having a view of both of those from our third floor balcony. The room was clean and the furniture was nice. We bought an umbrella for the week and left it there for the next guests to use. We appreciated having the two beach chairs there to use for the week. The only thing I can think of to fix was the floor boards of the balcony felt really soft and made me a little concerned to walk around on it.

We stayed from June 13th- 17th and were pleased with our visit. The space fit our family comfortably. But there were a few problems we had, the top bunk, even with a step ladder; which was provided, could not be reached. We had to pull the mattress down to put it on the floor. The front door was very hard to unlock and lock. There is a huge soft spot on the balcony that made you feel as if you were going to fall through, which is very unsafe. The internet stopped working after the first night there and on the last night, we killed a cockroach. Overall a good place to stay, the view makes up for it.

Ocean Dunes is the perfect spot on Hilton Head Island.
While close to Coligny and all the restaurants, it was peaceful and right on the beach! The unit, pool and grounds are clean, well maintained. I highly recommend this location and I'll be back. Great for a couple, our 1 bedroom was fine.

Overall very comfortable with good ocean front view. Nicely equipped. Loved being close to Coligny Beach Park and Plaza area. Nice pool. Great beach with good access and private bathroom/shower cabanna near the beach. Property has access to a cozy outdoor bar and grill area next door with good food and some live music - nice touch. Secure parking with adequate space. We felt very secure during our stay. Very nice and welcoming management staff.

Missed having a private washer and drier.

Nice new TV's, but no cable or satellite service so there is no access to normal national or local network programing services, like local news and weather and daily major network programing- only 100 channels of fairly useless, ad supported "Free Samsung TV Plus" streaming service. Disappointing.

Balcony has a very "soft" spot that feels unsafe - like the the wood under the carpet may be damaged. We reported this and the management staff seemed like they appreciated our comment and would address that issue.

We would likely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and at the Ocean Dunes Villa #320. The place was clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and the easy access to the beach was appreciated. The property management office was wonderful to work with in every interaction. There are a couple opportunities for improvement. The bed in the unit is very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress really needs to be changed. When we arrived, both the bathroom sink and bathtub were plugged and draining slowly. A maintenance person came and fixed it quickly, two days into our stay, but I think this is something that the cleaning person should have noticed before we arrived. The pictures accurately depict the unit but it is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Overall, it worked well for our family of three (two adults and one child) and we had a very nice stay in the unit; the view is outstanding.

Excellent! My cousin from S.C. and I did not want to leave. We extended our week 3 days. Jimmy gave us excellent, fast service in handling the last minute change. The condo had everything we needed, nothing lacking. Decor, furnishings very nice and clean. Living room ceiling fan on high, very bad wabble. Replace or discard placemats. We require beach view and this unit has it. Just as many hours on balcony as on beach! Yes, would return. Online booking was a breeze.

We loved our condo. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed. We found it to be very clean even compared to other vacation rentals we've stayed in. The water view is amazing and you can really watch the dolphins out in the ocean. Also sunrise is an amazing time if you are an early riser.

We've traveled to Hilton Head about once a year for years, recently always to Ocean Dunes Villas (though never to the same unit twice!). We love the view, the beach, the proximity to everything, the restaurants (especially the Jazz Corner, Crane's Tavern, and Charlie's l'Etoile Verte) -- and the movie theatre off Pope Avenue!

As always, in a word, wonderful! Just can't beat the location of this villa, and the view is fantastic. Although oceanfront in the summer in a beautiful resort is not inexpensive, this is still affordable, particularly compared to other nearby resorts. It is very clean and well-maintained and the new pool is great. We always receive great customer service from Vacation Time.

Ocean Dunes W0D320 a great Villa! Neat clean, bathroom shower/fixtures could use updating. Huge bonus with free phone use to Canada! Villa had all the extras like home. Vacation time rental experience was easy and professional process. It would be nice if they would wave the 3% fee for credit card payment. Ocean Dunes complex should have recycling garbage bins for guests. If they recycle on the beach why not in the complex?

It was a last minute decision to vacation at Hilton Head and we were so blessed to find unit 320 at Ocean Dunes Villa. It was clean and everything you need is provided. Beautiful view of the ocean even when sitting inside. Nice walkway to the ocean. Upon arrival, I had some issues getting the tv to work and both the manager and property owner worked with me to resolve them within the hour. It was a great experience and the best beach vacation spot.

Unit wasaspictured. I was worried it might be too small but itself roomy and there was lots of storage, TVs and wifi worked great. Fantastic view! Pool clean and right by path to beach. Loved it. Kitchen equipped well. Great to have the cleaning stuff and lightbulb X and batteries and a flashlight which we used at the beach at night. All in all perfect!

This condo has everything we needed for our trip. The owners seem to care and take great pride in anticipating needs of the renters. The condo has an awesome view which was one of the highlights. Also, the pool was clean and nice. We found that the location was fantastic in relation to being close to an activity. Appreciated the use of the fitness facilities. Secretly I wish there was a tennis court, but I knew that when I rented. Thanks again for being owners who care about the renters experience.

The unit we stayed in was very well maintained and stocked with almost everything you would need and then some. The ocean front location is fantastic and the property well maintained. The management team provided good service when needed. We played golf, pickle ball, biked and walked on the beach.We used the health club a few times and enjoyed many restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this property for a great vacation and hope that your have as great weather as we did.

This rental property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The furnishings and bed (and sofa bed) were very comfortable. It so happened that the Christmas week weather was wonderful so we made good use of the wonderful balcony. We will definitely stay there again!

We had such a fantastic time during our stay. One of the most relaxing vacation weeks I believe I've had and the weather was great. This was our second trip to the island, but our first time to stay at Ocean Dunes. The condo was very comfortable and could not be in a better location. The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect, loved spending the early morning on the balcony sipping coffee taking in the ocean view. The condo had everything you would need. There were labels on the cabinets and drawers showing where the items belonged. Can't wait to come back!!

Uneventful in terms of the room. Hilton head is a great place. The villa is small and old but the tvs were nice. Lots of construction noise. Would recommend as a reasonably priced place for a couple.

Everything was amazing! Water pressure in shower is a bit tough, but my husband loved it. View was great, short walk to the beach. Everything was clean upon arrival, very close proximity to everything. Beach was not crowded.

Very pleasant. Unit 320 was clean and proved to be everything depicted in the pictures. Would certainly stay there again! Owners have done an excellent job stocking the unit with needed items such as dishes, coffee maker, and vacuum, as well as having placed helpful labels throughout. The only downside to the property was that the swimming pool on-site was closed for improvements.

Great rental, perfect location with awesome views and sounds of the ocean. Elevator and luggage carts for convenience. Easy bike ride or walk to Coligny Circle and other shops. The apartment was nicely decorated, very beachy and charming. Bed was comfortable and the balcony furniture was nice to sit and enjoy the waves. Kitchen is very well stocked. The condo was clean but the bathroom could use a little updating. Check in and check out was easy, we checked in late and they had an easy lock box to use with directions to get your key. We had a wonderful stay and would visit again.

The unit was well kept and recently renovated- had no major issues with anything in the condo. Enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. Had a few meals at home and the kitchen had mostly everything we needed.

Location was great, able to walk into Coligny Circle to the shops and restaurants. The beach was a little crowded but that's to be expected when a bunch of condos are next to each other.

Definitely plan on returning for future stays.

We really enjoyed this location. The distance to the beach was much nicer than where we had previously stayed at Hilton Head Resort. Our daughter also loved the baby pool. The huge shade tree near the pool was nice, too. We had everything we needed in the condo, including kid friendly dishes. The sleeper sofa was not that comfortable (haven't slept on many that are), but worked well for our daughter. We had plenty of towels, washcloths, pillows, and sheets. We enjoyed the ceiling fan in the bathroom! Only suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom, although the provided fan was helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Have stayed at this location since 2009, renting through Vacation Time. Had a beautiful vacation week. The condo was newly purchased and updated. The staff at Vacation Time was (as always) very courteous and helpful. It would take quite some time to get tired of this place!
