It went very smoothly. I was able to do it mostly online, however I REALLY appreciated that a phone number was also listed as I always feel better talking to a person before finalizing my plans. My only disappointment was that it was advertised as having a washing machine so we didn’t pack too much. However, the washing machine was not in the unit, or even in the building, but in a neighboring building. I was not about to lug a bag of laundry around looking for it. Thus we were scrambling to make our clothes stretch for the duration of our stay.

We have stayed in many units over the year, but this unit is our favorite! From the linens to the well- appointed kitchen, to the furnishings and cleanliness, we couldn't have been more pleased. All items are in excellent shape and create a comfortable living space in the unit. Every area was immaculate (including the patio). The only suggestion we would have is to switch out the twin mattresses with softer ones. The queen bed was super comfortable tho! Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect condo for a couple to spend the cold winter months in Hilton Head! The king size bed was very comfortable and the good size dresser helped keep clothes organized. The condo got new bigger TVs while we were there and my husband loved that.
The amenities were great, especially the tiki bar (perfect French fries) by the pool!
We rented this condo through Vacation Time of HH and they are fantastic!

Our stay was very good! Our 2 bedroom was very adequate for us, and a grown son who was visiting us. The condo was older but still in pretty good condition. The location...superb!!!Having the amenities from Ocean Oaks at our disposal was just SO great! Just literally step oof the elevator and out onto the property of Ocean Oaks. Also, the entire process with Vacation Time was wonderful...ease of use, communications, easy to pop in and grab our keys. just wonderful! 2 things the unit could use...the plugs in the some of the sockets are loose and could use new ones. And the sconce lights in the Master Bedroom are way too high and need to be lowered. You have to climb out of bed to turn them off, which is not great. Even though if that was my biggest problem, I'd say "not too bad!" But it would make the room so much better if you could just reach up and turn them off.But it was otherwise a perfect stay! Thank you!

Our experience over our 51 days in 326 Carolina Beach Club, was heightened by the amenities, and the wonderful caring staff, especially jJimmy Rolliison.
It is our hope to duplicate this experience in 2025.

In terms of location, this place is a 10/10. Right on the beach, minutes away from stores and restaurants and a perfect place for little kids to be! I love that you can use the Hotel's pool and amenities! The condo was great, the rooms were nice. My only small complaints would be: 1. the sliding door to the balcony would stick and be difficult to open. and 2. the fire alarm sprinklers looked to be haphazardly put into the sealing. Overall, we loved the place and would love to come back again!

Location gets a 10, steps away from the beach, pool, clean facilities. Unit was very clean, well appointed but it needs new beds. I would give this a 6 just because the beds are old and uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend once they fix the bed issue. Management was great, easy to do deal with and very responsive.

The company was great to work with. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, but with 2 couples it would be a little small. Newly remodeled. Only negative it needs a new matter in master bedroom. Would stay here again

The villa is perfect for our family of 6, with 2bedroom 2bath and sofabed. Kitchen was well equipped. Access to Oak Forest Resort amenities
Was great: beach front, big pool, grill area, outdoor games for kids,table tennis, bean bag toss. Having the oceanside bar &grille within the property was so convenient on those days if you just want to lounge around the pool area and not cook or go to restaurant for drinks/meals. The property is close to Coligny circle, we just rode our bicycles to go shopping or eat in restaurants.

Check in was easy abs across the street. The apartment was as advertised, but a little small. The pool area was incredible. Perfect for small children with the zero entry end. We were only given one key card for all the amenities which was a bit annoying. Overall we had a great time!
