Carolina Beach Club 429

Stayed w/ 1 of my 4 adult kids, while others stayed w/ dgter who lives here, nearby. Nice, quiet location, v near beach. Amenities adequate. Very clean. Opposite end of long hallway from the elevator but carts provided for luggage, and stairs fine for active folks!

Great location, wonderful amenities, rental company is very easy to work with. While the condos are not as spacious as the Hilton next door, there was enough room for our group of 6 to have a happy hour (we had multiple people in 3 condos). This condo was renovated and in very nice shape but the folks staying in it struggled with the mattress a little.

Great location beautiful property with terrific amenities I highly recommend the community and location. The management company is terrific I highly recommend using them for a rental. So attentive, accommodating and great to work with.

We loved our stay at the Carolina Beach Club. This was our second year staying there. You can't beat the location, just a quick walk to the beach. Plus, it's a short walk to Coligny Plaza Shopping Center. The layout of the villa is perfect for two couple or two sets of friends.

Best location to walk to Coligny shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to pool and beach. Condo was clean and met our needs. Check in was easy. Pool was wonderful, big, and had a pool side grill/drinks was a nice touch. Condo provided a couple of detergent packs and extra toilet paper. Cons: They did not provide a keurig machine. Most places we stay at do have a keurig, so I think that should be looked into. Also parking gets tricky in the late evening. All surface and garage spots were full, as was the checkin location across the street at LeMoyne. We were pretty much on our own to figure out where to park. In light of this, we started walking to dinner to Coligny Shopping Center each night instead of driving. It's about a 10-15 minute easy sidewalk walk. Also bath linens/towels were awful- like sandpaper rough.

This property sits right next to Ocean Oak, a Hilton Grand Vacation Resort, and guests have access to all of their amenities such as the gorgeous pooll. It has great beach access and is walking distance to Coligny. You could very easily make do without a car. The unit itself is super clean and recently renovated, but small. It is 2 bed 2 bath, but it’s important to know that it is tight. You’ll probably be outside so it’s not critical, and there is a view of the beach from one side of the balcony for that person that likes to drink her coffee looking at the water (guilty as charged). Both bedrooms have windows that look onto the outside walkways between units, so some parents might want to be aware of that. The management company was very nice and helpful. All in all, it’s a clean, pretty little condo.

Condo is on the beach with ocean view from the side balcony. Short walk to beach and pool facilities at Hilton Grand/Ocean Oak. Condo was very clean and quiet. No complaints and we look forward to staying next year!

We were 2 couples staying in this spotless rental. Each of the 2 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The kitchen area was well supplied with glassware, dishes, pots, etc. The bedrooms had ample space, hangers for clothing and drawers for other essentials. The balcony had a small high top table and chairs, with a wonderful view of the ocean. We couldn't have been happier in this unit, and would stay there again.

Quiet and close to beach

We got out of the Ohio cold for two weeks for part remote work / part vacation. We really liked the coziness of the condo and the way it was decorated. It is conveniently located walking distance to Coligny Plaza so most mornings we walked to once of our favorite breakfast places - Carolina Coffee & Crumbs. I was able to work from the balcony with a view of the ocean. Much nicer then the snow in OH. We also really liked having access to the Hilton facilities which are top notch. We will likely be back in the fall or next winter.

Our family of 3 stayed four nights over the New Years holiday. The unit is nicely updated and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had almost everything we needed and beds were comfortable. The Hilton amenities were top notch, we used the hot tub every day and the beach access was awesome.

We had a great time at the Carolina Baech Club! Our condo was well equipped, recently updated and beautiful. The access to the beach was easy (even with 2 little ones). We were nervous about COVID 19 but the beach was not that busy and we were easily able to social distance. Easily the best vacation we have ever had! Check in/out was very easy and professional. The pool looked beautiful but we didn't use it. Our family just prefers the ocean.

I loved the location. The condo was very nice. The people in the VTHHI office were helpful and very pleasant. The building laundry room has one great washer and one great dryer and the rest are so-so’s - that’s the only negative. It was just a .6 mile walk up to the Coligny Beach Access and then two blocks inland to the restaurants and shops - the perfect walking distance for me! Loved it!

The property is located on the beach and near all the best restaurants and golf courses. The staff at vacation Time are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We'll be back next year.

The view was awesome and great access right on the beach and a very nice pool also between the ocean and hotel! The villa was clean but showing some wear. However, the access to the beach made it great. I do wish they would have had a towel exchange during the stay so we didn't have to worry about doing laundry.
