816 Clipper Court was exactly as described, well appointed and clean. Great Harbour Town location, and surprisingly we never had a problem finding a parking spot which was a concern for this area...spaces are dedicated to the complex. Oftentimes, a property looks good when you walk in, but when you open drawers and cabinets it's not the cleanest. This was not the case here. Drawers and cabinets clean and neatly organized and the owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need. Fridge was sparkling, as was all surfaces. Bed slept well, and there was plenty of seating for guests. The rental company is very organized and communicative. As a former long time Hilton Head resident, I usually go through a local rental company instead of VRBO (which we usually do other places) and I would highly recommend using Vacation Time. I felt like they made all the difference in the overall experience, rather than when an owner is doing it themselves and using a cleaning company. You will not be disappointed renting this unit for value, location, comfort and overall cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again!

We so enjoyed being in walking distance of Harbor Town and being able to visit The Bakery every morning. The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our dishwasher did not work but we only have a few dished and no problem to wash. Loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with our clothes. Would recommend staying here for sure.

We once again had a lovely time in HHI and this unit is fantastic. This property is well equipped and comfortable. Being close to Harbour Town adds to its charm. The property Management, Vacation Time of Hilton Head were helpful, pleasant and most of all professional. We would use them again and of course would love to stay in this unit again.

I was in Hilton Head for a work conference at the Harbourtown clubhouse. My wife and dog came with me to enjoy the week. This was the perfect condo for the three of us. They were able to explore Harboutown each day while I was at the conference and then we would make the short drive to the beach in the afternoons. Close to great restaurants. Condo was clean and well kept.

Great condo in a very nice location. Vacation Time of Hilton Head was wonderful to work with. The washing machine broke and was fixed the very next day. Swimming pool was right across the street and very nice. Plenty of chairs and extremely well maintained.

Check in was friendly and easy. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. So dog friendly with many areas for walking. We enjoyed evenings walks on the pier.

Very lovely, serenely decorated condo. Very private with courtyard and outdoor seating. Well stocked for daily needs. Conveniently located in Harbour Town to easily walk around to shops and restaurants. The owner and manager were very professional and accommodating to our needs as we extended our stay. We highly recommend this location and particular condo for a comfortable restful retreat.

Don't let the title throw you off as when you rent property to the public you expect it to be a little run down. Not in this case as the condo was perfect. Made you feel like home. So comfortable. Everything was furnished from folks and spoons to soap. Just bring your clothes and enjoy. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. The customer service was very helpful when asking questions on places to go. We will be going back and recommend this condo for anyone with or without a pet.
