This updated two-story townhouse, elevated just one flight above street level, offers all the comforts of home in a serene setting. Situated in the ocean-oriented Courtside complex, you'll enjoy beautifully manicured landscaping and proximity to the best of Hilton Head.
Located just 1.5 blocks from the beach and adjacent to the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, Courtside provides exclusive tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo, thanks to a special membership with the center. The community features two on-site pools, a tranquil lagoon with a fountain, and convenient parking right at your doorstep.
The main level of the townhouse boasts new, comfortable furnishings and a spacious layout. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the living room opens onto a deck overlooking a picturesque courtyard and pool. For added convenience, there is a half bath off the dining area, which seats six.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds. The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa, and both bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs.
Enjoy the best of beachside living and easy access to Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, just a short bike ride or walk away.

Perfect Blend of Relaxation and Convenience
I recently stayed at this condo on Hilton Head Island, and it was an amazing experience! The condo offered two fantastic pools, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. We loved the flexibility of having a shorter walk to a less crowded beach for some peaceful time by the ocean, or taking a slightly longer stroll to Coligny Beach, where we enjoyed the vibrant shops and bars. The dining options around the area were superb, with a variety of great restaurants to choose from. Plus, the fast internet made it easy to stay connected and work remotely. We had a nice vacation! I think we were the first renters since it was recently purchased /semi renovated. Furniture was very comfortable We had brand new blankets in each bedroom. The location was great for us- centrally located. The location between the 2 pools was perfect too. We Would recommend better lighting in dining amd living area though as it was a bit dark. Overall great stay and we’d do it again. Management company was amazing - Fernando was very responsive and helpful via email and staff was friendly when we arrived. Beautiful home close to amenities
Nestled in the lush landscapes of Hilton Head Island, this 2 bedroom condo offered a tranquil escape, along with comfort and amenities. The condo was freshly painted and redone, with all new furnishings. Walking in, the coastal vibes invited us to relax in the spacious living and dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room at the table for a family to dine together. New beds and bedding in the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the adjustable beds in the 2nd bedroom were great for relaxing and watching TV. Plenty of storage space! The home was a great stay for an extended weekend and provided us with everything we needed. The main reason for choosing this location was it's proximity to the beach and all the activities at Coligny Beach. It's close enough to walk, pulling a wagon or carrying any beach gear, you're there in few minutes! Not to mention, the short walk from the back balcony to one of the community pools there at Courtside. My husband and I had a great stay here, and would definitely come back with kids.
