Welcome to Hilton Head Cabana 52!! This well-cared-for and tastefully furnished townhome is new to the rental program and is located along South Forest Beach Drive and is just a short walk to the beach.
The first floor of this villa has all-new luxury vinyl flooring with new furnishings throughout. The kitchen has full-size appliances and is stocked with all your cookware. There is a powder room just off the dining area of the main level of this villa. The living room has comfortable furnishings with a queen sleeper sofa and a dining area with seating for four people. From the living room, sliding glass doors open to a nice patio overlooking the courtyard.
Both bedrooms are on the second floor. There are wooden stairs leading to the 2nd level, and the hallway, and both bedrooms have new luxury vinyl flooring. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin-size bed with a Smart TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms.
In addition to the great central location, once inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, you will find a quiet, family-friendly environment where your family can play in the courtyard or swim in the pool.
This villa is Dog friendly with a weight restriction of 35lbs or under. Pets are not allowed on the back patio or in the center courtyard area.

This unit was an excellent place to call home for a week on the island. Its close proximity to Coligny and the beach made walking a breeze. There was plenty of room in the condo and appreciated the ample number of beds. The only thing missing was a propane grill.- Anonymous , Posted: 06/02/2024
great location with very friendly neighbors, like a community. get togethers every other week at the pool area. easy to get to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The villa was perfect for us. It was clean,stocked well and spacious. It was about a block to the beach access and was very easy walking. The furniture was comfortable,appreciated the full size appliances in the kitchen.Also the washer and dryer worked great.we would definitely stay here again. Was thrilled we could bring our fur baby with us on vacation snd she loved the beach which was a short walk away. Walking to ciliginy park , shops , restaurants, bars , and ice cream was a added plus !! The pool was a great treat after a long hard day at the beach. Being able to cook most of our meals was wonderful. All in all the cabana was very comfy clean and cozy . Will book again !!! Had a wonderful trip to Hilton head Sept 2022. The condo was very nice. Roomy and very clean. Great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Great Location! Super clean, fresh and beachy decor, nicely furnished. Kitchen stocked, washer and dryer in the kitchen, and great outdoor storage for beach toys, etc. Assigned Parking right out front of the unit - very convenient!
