This well-cared-for and tastefully furnished townhome is new to the rental program and is located along South Forest Beach Drive and is just a short walk to the beach. The first floor of this villa has all-new luxury vinyl flooring with new furnishings throughout. The kitchen has full-size appliances and is stocked with all your cookware. There is a powder room just off the dining area of the main level of this villa. The living room has comfortable furnishings with a queen sleeper sofa and a dining area with seating for four people. From the living room, sliding glass doors open to a nice patio overlooking the courtyard. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin-size bed with a Smart TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms. Both bedrooms and hallway have carpeting. In addition to the great central location, once inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, you will find a quiet, family-friendly environment where your family can play in the courtyard or swim in the pool. This villa is Dog friendly with a weight restriction of 35lbs or under.
