Ocean Breeze Villa 11

Enjoyed our stay and the property. The maintenance company was not responsive to a couple of request...refrigerator needed a bew filter that was never addressed..but that is a minor thing. The rental had more items to use than we have has before, which was very nice.

The unit is wonderful. The rooms are big and they are as depicted on the website. It’s minutes to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. We walked everywhere.

Jimmy, Stephanie and all the others at VTHHI are simply the best. They respond quickly to anything thrown at them.

A few minor repairs reported on a Sunday were quickly taken care of. We just love this company and the properties they manage. We’ve been here twice for winter getaways of 6 weeks and they have never disappointed.

Loved this condo. Spotless. The only complaint was we couldn't keep it warm downstairs. But we do understand that heat rises and it was a cold month. Close to the beach which was important. Quite area with a great neighbor. Close all our favorite restaurant Hinchey's and our favorite golf course, Shipyard. Would highly recommend your company and this property. Already booked for next winter.

The rental was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was with the TV's not be set up properly for usage by the renter's, but that wasn't a big deal.

Apart from the confusion with light switches (it would be useful to know which switch operated which lights) and having to get maintenance in for the main two side lamps in the sitting room, which didn’t work, the condo was fine.

The property is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils we need to prepare our meals. We found the location to be wonderful, a short distant to the beach and also within walking or biking distance to all the restaurants and shops at Coligny. The beach cart at the rental was a great surprise and made it easy for us to get our items to the beach. The pool is just around the corner from the property making it easy to run back for items or lunch. We had a amazing vacation and can't wait to return.

We have wintered in Hilton Head for three winters, but this was the first time going through Vacation Time Rentals! We were so impressed with their friendliness, service and timely action to our requests! It was through their recommendation that we found our winter home this year, and we couldn’t have been happier with it! It was clean, it had a well stocked kitchen, which is very important for long stays, the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the location was fabulous! We were a short ten minute walk to the ocean, and if you haven’t experienced the Hilton Head beaches, you should! They are a very walkable or bike able beach with miles of beautiful ocean and Dolphins playing just a short distance from where you are walking! There are many fabulous restaurants for some of the most amazing seafood you have ever eaten! Vacation Time also made many recommendations for things for us to do that never disappointed! We are so grateful to them! We loved our Condo, we were always happy to come “home” after a long day of exploring! We would highly recommend this property and Vacation Time, you won’t be disappointed!

My family and I traveled to Hilton Head from Massachusetts to explore a new vacation destination. Our stay was amazing in this 2-bedroom condo located in the Coligny Beach area (one of the best and most popular places on Hilton Head) and now we know why. We couldn’t be more impressed!
The condo itself is very spacious and very clean and has many perks right on site. We are not ones for eating out every meal, so we visited the local Harris Teeter and stocked up on groceries. The fully stocked condo kitchen meant we didn’t need to bring a thing to prepare our meals. And the double stacked washer and dryer were very much appreciated by the end of the week. It was a treat to be able to swim in one of the pools or take walks around the very well cared for property. The location has perfect access to the beach, dining, and shopping, and not too far from the night life if you're into evening entertainment. The beach and bike paths around the area are amazing. Simply amazing! Make sure you rent bikes (to be delivered) in advance of your trip because if you are like my family of four, we took to them out right away and rode them for 8 days straight. Our favorite part was riding the bikes on the flat compacted sandy beach, but the bike paths are all over the area and are easy to maneuver on the flat surface.
The rental process through the management team was efficient and very smooth. The staff were professional and very courteous as were the groundskeepers maintaining the property. Don’t worry if you are arriving after hours because they have a great after hours check in process.
My family has rented homes from Nantucket to Lake Tahoe, to San Diego and Florida, I would compare this to other top rentals. Sincerely, The Johnston’s from Weymouth, Massachusetts.

So many 2 bedroom rentals have a king bedroom and twins in the other. This has a king and queen. It also has a half bath down stairs which is very convenient. The unit is nicely updated.

Beautiful condo
Ocean breeze # 11 is the perfect place to relax, enjoy and unwind. The condo is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! Found the kitchen to be well stocked. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here on our next visit!

A Great Place to Stay
Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze unit 11, end unit very private. Rental office down the street , very friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Unit was very clean and updated, great beds and comfortable sleep. What a blessing. Kitchen very well equipped with kitchen ware , new cookware and best of all appliances are stainless steel Kitchen Aid,including wine cooler. Very nice , enjoyed cooking . Would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to returning to Hilton Head . Location is so convenient to beach , shopping and restaurants. Price for unit unbelievable for area . Florida prices extremely higher for condo unit in his nice. Enjoyed exploring Hilton Head Island so beautiful, amazing vacation. Our only wish was to stay longer.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Ocean Breeze unit 11
Six hour drive to get but definitely worth it. Location is amazing , close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Condo is updated and beautiful. Beds are very comfortable , which is a blessing. Upgraded Kitchen has all kitchen aid appliances and built in wine cooler. Very nice . We will recommend to family and friends,and hope to return again soon. In Florida, rates are a lot higher for rooms, not condo unit this nice.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the updated kitchen. The beach decor was nice, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bath and that there was a laundry on the second floor. It was a short walk to the ocean, which was nice with a two year old.

Villa was gorgeous. Everything you could need and more! Walk to beach wasn't awful (but build in 10 minutes and plan to cross a busy road, plus no potty breaks possible while on the beach ... would have been hard with small kids). Pool was nice and partially shaded. Great condo for older kids or a couple. Decor and updates were lovely.

I met my adult daughter here for a 6-night trip. Townhouse has two bedrooms upstairs each with own bathroom which is nice for couples or traveling companions. Townhouse was clean except the half bath downstairs, which may have been forgotten in a hurry, as the place was booked solid. Plenty of towels and kitchen/bathroom supplies. One extra trash bag would be helpful. It’s a short walk to beach. We did not use pools, as weather was cool. Looked relaxing though! There is a tennis court if you want to bring your racquet. Beds are comfortable. We ate at skull creek boathouse which was best meal of week. Overall, I’d love to stay here again, but price was pretty high with all the management fees, etc. Was definitely one of the nicest places I’ve rented in Hilton Head. No problems with management, just pricey.

We liked the location and the townhouse was perfect for my adult son and myself. Two master suites provided privacy and plenty of room along with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Clean and neat with upgraded appliances. Would definitely recommend to two couples, two singles or small families.

First visit to Hilton Head! Beautiful area, beaches, golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Bike rental was definitely worth it, we saw more of the island that way. Rental was perfect! Could use a few more small pots and pans, everything else was more than adequate.

This property is very convenient to south forest beach, Coligny and local venues.
Beautifully updated upstairs and down. The only complaint that we would have is that the mattresses need to be replaced. Management company is great. Would highly recommend this property and would be glad to stay there again.

Very nice place to stay. Three pools to choose from, the closest to our villa was 2 minutes. The beach was a 10 minute walk, and Coligny Plaza was a 15 minute walk. Our villa was perfect and nicely equipped. I would recommend the Ocean Breeze/Tree Tops area to anyone. Communication from Vacation Time of Hilton Head was excellent. Check in and check out was a breeze.
