Overall this was a great place to stay. The location can't be beat. It was right on the ocean with ocean views from the room. We enjoyed the patio and green space right out our back door. Only downside to the condo was the kitchen. The kitchen could have been better stocked. The dishwasher is in need of replacing. The stove needs replacing as well as one of the burners didn't work.

amazing location just steps from the beach and coligny plaza. this unit is on the ground floor of a gated community and the pool is heated! the apt itself is neat and clean and we would recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous and right on the beach. Just a short walk down the board walk. My only complaint would be the condo was lacking some cookie sheets, no strainer and limited pots and pans. I can tell the owners have not been in a while to see what is needed. With the owners re-stocking kitchen items it would be much better and user friendly. I would give the pool area a two star review. Its way to small for the complex and not very inviting. But, we are a beach family so no big deal for us.
We did not have sheets/bedding for the pull out couch on arrival. We called and they said they would bring them. But,we had to call again because they never showed up. (So, we would have been without a promised bed! ARG!) But, the management company came through after the second phone call.
Because of the Covid scare, we wiped down everything with a Clorox wipe when we arrived. (all handles, door knobs, light switches, etc...) You will be happy to know that the wipes looked clean after wiping things down. So, it appears proper cleaning was done before our arrival. But, you can't see germs so it made us feel better to a Clorox wipe sweep of the place...stupid Covid!
Overall, nice place for the price (location).

The villa was on the first floor and the parking spot was right in front of the door which was great for packing and unpacking. The view as soon as your walk through the door was fantastic and it was a short 2 minute walk to the beach with private access. Pool was also close in the middle of the complex and shops and restaurants were a 3 minute drive which was very convenient. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

We rented this condo for my son and his family to stay in and I think overall, they were very satisfied. The rest of us stayed next door at Hilton Head Beach Villas where we've stayed many times. The same management team served both locations. We did not like the fact that the check-in time on Saturday was only 1 1/2 hours, from 4 p.m. till 5:30 p.m. which we felt was too tight, especially since we were required to call by 4 if we thought we'd arrive later than 5. As far as our condo at Hilton Head Beach Villas, it was beautifully decorated and well furnished. However, when we arrived there were no sheets for the trundle bed downstairs. Thankfully, I'd brought an extra set from home. Also, as I cleaned during the week, several items were swept out from under the beds downstairs and the sofa. We also thought that the "set-up" items provided, such as toilet tissue, dishwasher detergent and trash bags, were woefully insufficient. Since the cost of the condo was over $400/night, we felt the supply provided was very inadequate!! The name of the cleaning company is Royale Cleaners and we plan to let them know about our dissatisfaction.

Our vacation rental experience was great! Our after hours check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient. Rental office staff very friendly and helpful. My questions sent by email prior to arrival were answered quickly. We enjoyed our experiences with the rental office.

Had a great stay and the condo and location were great. One suggestion would be to have the air conditioning system upgraded. Restricted to 72 degrees cooling which isn't cool enough when hot and humid. Only problem we had was with the bedroom TVs and that was resolved quickly by Linda at Vacation Time.

While we absolutely loved our stay and had an amazing time, we did have to overlook a few things. The sliding doors were horrible and finally one of them was not usable. Secondly, the air conditioning worked very poorly. Since there was a note not to adjust it, we did not but assumed the problem was not new. I think both of the doors and the A/C need to be fixed before this unit is rented again.

Easy and Professional Check in at Vacation Time. Their staff is very attentive and close to their properties. Ocean Club is great as truly right on the beach and no steps to navigate - so easy to take coolers, towels and umbrella's to the beach. Also love to be able to walk to Coligny for my morning coffee at Java Joe's !
