We decided to visit hilton head as a spur of the moment thing, found ocean villa 311 on a search, and boy are we glad we did. We are already keeping an eye on the page to see if there are june openings next year so we can book now. The apartment is perfect, the views are gorgeous, the laundry and elevator is right across the door. The view overlooks the pool and has a clear view of the beach. The unit was clean, and well equipped. If i had to find something wrong about it, the only things I’d come up with are the a/cs are a little loud and parking was a pain.
The beach is a minute walk from the building with a private entrance that has an outdoor shower and sand wash off station that it shares with the hilton hotel adjacent to it. We actually spent most of the day at the beach, then came back to hang out at the pool, then called it a day.
Easily one of my top vacation stays anywhere in the world.

Our rental was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We had a good view of the pool and a spectacular view of the dunes and ocean. The reason we choose Ocean Dunes

It’s always fun at the beach. Ocean dunes is ideally located close to Coligny.
Lots of good restaurants and a fantastic wide beach. Bike riding and relaxing make for a good week

The view is spectacular! A minute walk and you’re on the beach. The location is perfect! Close to Coligny Plaza and a short drive to Harbor Town. We had the most wonderful time! Can’t wait to return!

Really enjoyed the villa! It was plenty big enough for just the two of us, but if someone wanted to sleep on the sleep sofa that could work also.

We were welcomed with very professional management that offered area recommendations. The room was a great amount of space for two, though not terribly updated. We loved the ocean view and private-feeling porch. The kitchen was well-equipped and the location in proximity to other island activities was perfect.

Great location, close to everything! Sleeper sofa mattress was a little old. Should be noted that the refrigerator needs to be put on medium cold. Not the coldest. It works better

Ocean Dunes Villa 311 was an awesome location and we had an amazing ocean front view! The beach was just gorgeous! Rented beach chairs and an umbrella. The lifeguards were so friendly and efficient! Overall we truly enjoyed our vacation! It was very close to Coligny with wonderful shops and restaurants!The bed was super comfortable! The shower has recently been updated and is very nice! The kitchen is small but has everything you need in there and is laid out very well, the space is maximized!
Only two suggestions: first the villa needs a little TLC. The balcony furniture is unraveling it needs to be replaced. The living room furniture is uncomfortable, pillows/cushions are flat and also needs to be replaced. Planter for decoration in living room should just be discarded very old and outdated. Second suggestion is to put in more hooks and shelves the space is small but could be maximized so much better with just a few inexpensive storage options. We just felt like we had to live out of our suitcases because the space is just not user friendly.
Only one complaint with Vacation Time Rental overall they were very helpful but upon checkout I called to let them know that our unit had not been sprayed for pests since 1/28/22 and was on a two month schedule and was overdue. I did not want them to spray while I was there but felt it should be done before the unit was rented again because we did have to deal with bugs. I did not feel the person I spoke to was receptive to my concern.
We will return to Hilton Head Island hopeful next Spring. And I would consider staying at this location again!

As usual this trip to HHI was awesome! Ocean Dunes experience was wonderful as always...Room, on ocean front, was furnished nicely and clean...staff was willing, able and helpful! Loved the new gate!
