Ocean Dunes Villa 317

We have stayed exclusively at Ocean Dunes for over 25 years. We love being on the ocean. Suites are clean and well maintained and office staff eager to accomodate.

When the elevator was broken for the 5th floor unit initially reserved at another facility, Vacation Time landed on their feet in a big way when they switched us to Ocean Dunes 317. A very nice unit - Everything that we needed

Our stay was amazing, we stayed the week of the forth of July, and we had always stayed in a 1 bedroom villa prior to this year, and we decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. This room was awesome, when we arrived the room was spotless smelled fresh and clean was stocked and ready for our stay. Would definitely recommend this room to anyone. We will definitely be re booking this room in the future.

Rented different units many times in the past. This was the nicest unit. We had some issues that ended up being promptly repaired. Everyone involved was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Nothing bad to say about this unit. My husband has Parkinson Disease so the low level mattresses, handheld shower head and safety handle in the shower made our stay even better. I wish more owners would make these considerations when redoing their units.

We've stayed at this location twice. It has great walking and biking access to Coligny Square. The unit was very clean and must have been recently renovated. I would definitely come back here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Dunes 317. The spacious unit was very well-equipped and the layout and amenities were exactly as described. Ocean Dunes is in an excellent location and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny. Of course, you cannot beat the easy access to the beach and unit 317 has one of the best balconies for gazing out at the ocean!

We enjoyed this condo so much the first time, so we rented it again. The people with Vacation Time are so kind and easy to work with and their building is just across the street should you need anything. We highly recommend booking through them.

We have rented many times through Vacation Time of Hilton Head and they are extremely responsive and were very helpful/patient with the uncertainty we were facing travelling from Canada due to travel restrictions prior to them being lifted. Thank you!

The location of Ocean Dunes is beach front and walking distance to Coligny so the location is perfect and really can’t be beat. The condo itself has been renovated and was lovely and my only complaint would be that the bed was exceptionally soft with ZERO support. I almost gave 3 stars for this reason but I have no complaints with the rest of the condo.

Our rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean and in a great location. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and living area was top notch! I golfed 3 different courses. All were in great shape! Great seafood at the restaurants we dined at. I would highly recommend staying here. I know I’ll be back!

I have stayed at Ocean Dunes for years and due to COVID was excited to book a condo. I scanned the listing and selected this condo back in March 2021 and actually stayed September 2021. This condo is beach front....Perfectly located on the island where less people use the beach. You can sit on the balcony and see the pool area and the beach which I was dearly longing for. This condo was updated and very clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We loved the walk in showers and additional bar seating.

My family and I have been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 25 years, having stayed in various locations like Sea Pines, private houses and on South Forest Beach. We love staying on South Forest Beach because it’s close to so much like shopping and restaurants. This is the first year we have stayed at Ocean Dunes and we will certainly be back. Our rental was beautiful, recently renovated with top of the line finishes, very comfortable beds, and great decorations. When we first arrived, I noticed that the condo smelled extremely fresh and clean, everything was spotless! The quality of everything was wonderful. I have never had a problem with the property management, I always love working with Vacation Time. The staff is friendly and makes the check in/check out process easy. We loved the pool and how private everything was such as the balcony having barriers on each side so you couldn’t see your neighbors. I was extremely satisfied with this condo and our stay and we’re already planning our trip for next year!

Staying at Ocean Dunes never disappoints. Because we have stayed here for several years, it always feels like coming home. We enjoy the condo, the views of the beach and the proximity of the condo to the beach. We prefer South Forest Beach so this is always our ‘go to’ on Hilton Head.
