Ocean Dunes Villa 321

Another amazing trip back to Hilton Head Island for our winter 7 week get-away! Our stay at Ocean Dunes Villa was once again wonderful and relaxing. The crew at Vacation Time of Hilton Head are always friendly and accomodating and we love working with them! Counting down the days until we can get back to our "happy place"!

My family came to visit the area and had a nice time! Each family had their own place at Ocean Dunes. We were close so we could hang out each day but had a space to close the door. This was perfect. Wish the weather could have been better this week...but the space was great!

Very nice condo with great ocean views! The kitchen was well stocked with untensils it had everything we needed for the week. Furniture through out this unit was very comfortable. We would definitely book this unit again.

We love staying at Ocean Dunes and have done so since our first visit 11 years ago. This was our second year in unit 321. It changed owners between our two visits and the new owner had new furniture and upgraded the sofa to a sleeper-sofa. We also met the owner while at the pool and had a great conversation. The staff at VTHHI is also amazing to deal with and assists with anything we need.

We have now stayed in 5 different condos at Ocean Dunes due to the way beach access. This condo is nice, it is well equipped and furnished. They're are some areas where it could be improved for the cost. Overall it works well for our family with 2 small kids. We found that the quantity of linens provided has decreased since the last time we stayed, there were 2 bath wash cloths and 1 kitchen towel for 4 people on a 10 day stay. Or request for more linens was quickly accommodated by VTHI. Check in and check out was simple. I am completely annoyed by using a physical key to enter the unit and we were only provided 1 key. Why not upgrade to keyless entry?? But that's my only gripe, everything else was great.

Highly recommend 321! It was clean, the furnishings were nice, the kitchen was furnished, the AC's were ice cold! Nice ocean view as well! The beach is close and not crowded! The pool was very nice! Highly recommend this property!

For many years we've been staying, almost exclusively, with villas managed by Vacation Time Hilton Head, and for good reason. We invariably have a wonderful experience. Our recent stay was no exception. This villa, Ocean Dunes 321, is one of the best we have stayed in, and I wish I could personally thank the owners. The owner's attention to detail was amazing. From the hooks to hold the curtains open, the generously provided cookware and dinnerware, remote controlled fans and lights, comfortable beds and furniture, and overall decor, it was all we could ask for. The staff at VTHHI are simply the best. Several have become good friends over the years and we are always happy to see and talk to them. It's almost like a reunion each time we arrive, with recommendations for places to get our favorite foods and activities around the area. The views from Ocean Dunes and Seaside Villas are wonderful. You can't go wrong with these folks. Best value on the island.

Great location! We enjoyed being in the Forest Beach area of HHI! Our unit was nice and clean, other than some stains on the furniture in the living room area and dining table chairs. Noise levels were high outside of our unit due to the fact we were by the stairs. The view of the ocean was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Bathrooms have recently been renovated which was a plus. Our biggest complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was super hard and not comfortable at all. Sadly, we did not get as much rest as we would have liked. Other than this issue, we would stay in this unit again. The property management and owner were easy to deal with in renting this unit.

Our family has vacationed here for the last few years. We love it! Beautiful ocean views, bike rides, good restaurants and a very comfortable place to rest after a fun day at the beach. It never disappoints, and we highly recommend it!

Ocean dunes 321 was perfectly located. The view from the balcony was stunning and we loved being walking distance to Coligny Plaza for shops and places to eat (about 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride). The complex was up kept and the pool area was very nice. The unit itself was 4 stars. The kitchen and living room was updated and very beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen! The reason I am not rating this unit 5 stars is that the bathrooms and the the bedrooms need some updating. I read in the guest book that the owners plan to take care of that this coming winter! I have no doubt that once they do this unit will be 5 stars! The only other issues we noticed was that the floors were a little dirty upon arrival(swept not moped and we found a few hairs on the floor in the bathroom) and the screen on the screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced. Overall, we had an amazing stay and feel this unit is on its way to being even nicer after its new renovations.

Great location! We had a family of 4 and the size and amenities of this condo were suffice. It is close to Cologny Circle and right on the beach. Great views of the ocean from the balcony and from inside the main room.

This oceanfront villa was beautiful and great place to ring in the New Year. I love South Forest Beach and I think Ocean Dunes is the best location by far. You are close to everything. The villa interior was cherry and coastal and accommodated my family with ease. No disappointment here- definitely will be a repeat guest.

FOR 20 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO. H.H. AND STAYED EOWN THE STREET, SAME CONDO. THIS YEAR WE STAYED AT OCEAN DUNES. OF COURSE LOCATION IS SAME, BUT THE UNIT WAS BEAUTIFUL. SPOTLESS AND BEST EQUIPPED KITCHEN. VACATION TIME VERY APPROACHABLE. WILL CERTAINLY BE COMING BACK. BEST THREE WEEKS YET!!!

HHI in general was wonderful. Ocean Dunes and the specific unit 321 was ideas for us. Amazing amazing view throughout the day alone was reason to love our stay. Nicely made over, quiet, and excellent amenities made bring things from home unnecessary. Beach walks and birdwatching daily had us leave rested and relaxed AND rebooked for next year.

Very nice rental property. The owner and management company were great to work with. The check in was fast and easy. The place has a great view of the ocean. The condo is very cozy with a wonderful beachy feel. It was clean and met the needs of our five family members. We look forward to returning.

The oceanfront view from this unit is picture-perfect. Worth waking up early for to see the sun rise from the balcony. And the walk to the beach along the beach path is MUCH shorter than the photo conveys: Woo-hoo! The place is clean as a whistle and the decorating is to die for; the queen mattress is new, firm -- no lumps on that comfy baby. The lounge chair out on the deck is heavenly, and there are umbrellas and beach chairs right there to bring to the beach. In addition, the kitchen is super-equipped. Vacation Time --directly across the street from Ocean Dunes -- was easy to work with as a rental management company and everyone I interacted with was very nice. The owners of the property are very available, too; we had a complaint about the noise from bulldozers doing beach re-furbishment after the hurricane, which they had no control over, and the property landscapers who awoke us at 8am, and they responded right away.

This was our second year in Hilton Head and once again we absolutely loved our vacation and stay at Ocean Dunes! We had a fantastic view of the ocean, it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for our family of four. We rented bikes, and road the bike trails daily which the kids loved. It was a great time and we can't wait to go back!

We loved our time at 321 in Ocean Dunes. The view and location were fantastic. We had the same view as those staying at the big Marriott Grande next door, but with much fewer people in a more private, quiet enviroment. While the condos are older, many are undergoing remodeling. Our condo had everything we needed and was lovely. We also enjoyed the beautiful new pool.
