Ocean Dunes Villa 403

Very small but certainly adequate for a week’s stay. Quiet location without much foot traffic. Laundry on the same floor. Small kitchen area with limited glassware and silverware. Very dark with older, uncomfortable furniture and bedding. As always, Vacation Time does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable.

Condo is updated very nicely, with a view of the ocean and the Hilton courtyard next door. It is a short walk to the coffee shop, restaurants, and shops.

The overall rental was good but be aware of a couple of things. First the picture shown is of the courtyard of the resort next door. The resort plays music in their courtyard from 11am to 8 pm every day. You can hear the music inside this condo rental all day. Also the room does not face the sun and is dark and in the shade all day. The pool is very nice and proximity to the beach is excellent.

Lovely space except for two things. 1) there is nothing left to inform guests of how the tv works . In other words, nothing to tell guests how to get the tv on their cable stations, or what numbers the major network channels are. 2) no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything like wet swim suits, wet wash cloths . Oh, and it would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere.

The Vacation Time of Hilton Head property is ideally located. The access to the beach was fabulous and it was a relatively short walk to restaurants and shops. Check in was a breeze. The attendant was lovely.
The towels and sheets were clean and soft. Overall the place is good, needs a little updating in the bathrooms, a new paint job and vacuuming the outdoor attached patio would make this rental a 5 star place.

Very clean, awesome views, pool area very clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping and great restaurants. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The condominium was older and worn. The walls and floors had scuffs marks and dirt.
