We have a great experience with yall every year. But I woild also like to see the following implemented.
1. Towel change out mid week for ones of us that aren't timeshare holders.
2. A mat that goes out to the harder area of sand at the beach. Soooo many of your timeshare holders are in their 70s...almost 80s...they need help getting out there. They are loyal to yall so help them out.
3. Get ice machines. They aren't that expensive
4. The pool needs to be cleaned more 's gross

We had an incredible time at our stay in Hilton Head! The Ocean Dunes Villas were great! I was pleased with how clean it was upon arrival, as well as the complimentary laundry and dishwasher pods. I was going to provide feedback about the pool, but my mom mentioned she already had to someone in the office and the next day someone was out cleaning the pool. We did appreciate that! The pool I think does need to be cleaned a bit more often due to the amount of bugs and debris from the trees, but overall, it was fine. The only other feedback I have is for cleaning purposes. I think a vacuum in each condo would be more beneficial than a broom. With the amount of sand that gets in them, a vacuum would be so nice to have! We had such a fun time for our first experience in HH and we can't wait to come back!

We absolutely love this condo. We stayed there last year and were lucky enough to rent it again this year. Everything was clean and we love the access to everything. This is out 10th year coming with my daughters and there children. Sister in law and niece. Hoping we can continue to stay here.

Everything and everyone were extremely helpful and courteous. Delayed in traffic and concerned we might arrive late--even though we did not--I was given all of the information to handle the situation. My guest package was ready upon my arrival as was the unit. In short, it was all I have come to expect from their excellent staff.

This unit was very nice. Beds were pretty comfortable. Sleeper sofa not at all comfy though. Most everything we needed was provided. ( few items missing; pot holders, plug in bathtub not working, extra kitchen towels. Overall was a nice place to get away. There are ocean views from all windows and being and end corner unit made this very nice.
The location to walk to shop & eat & bike/walking trails is perfect.

It was a great time - 5 families in their individual units. Great location. The only negative feedback - the information regarding wifi was not on the door. I had to walk to the office to get this information. And your website indicates access to a gym which is apparently old information - your website should be updated.

We are time-share owners with the third wk. in Oct. always ours, condo # (416). We rented another condo for additional family for a long wkd. condo #(405)
It was on the same floor, so very convenient for going back & forth. Condo was a lovley location, well equipted (we did prepare one meal there) & perfect for the family. Thank you for making it so easy to entertain our additional family. Dawn & Paul Long

I have been staying at Adventure Inn/Ocean Dunes off and on for over 35 years. I have come to expect the excellent level of courtesy, efficiency and cleanliness that I experienced--This year was no disappointment. There has always been improvement from year to year and this time was no exception. All in all, a wonderful time in a delightful place.

My friends and I had an enjoyable stay. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The views were perfect. The only thing that bothered us was the air conditioner. It is quite old. When the air conditioner ran it was nice. When it wasn’t running, it was as the cool was sucked out and was quite warm.

We have been coming for years. Many memories. However, small improvements could be made with the money spent. Light bulbs in elevator buttons, ice machines on each floor, beach mat that goes out to beach, better shade around pool, consistent pool cleaning, maid service mid week, get rid of keys and go to electronic card systems for room doors.....just a few suggestions

This is the perfect location in Hilton Head. Easy access to the beach and Coligny which has groceries, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is simple with everything we needed for simple meal prep. The only negative aspect is the queen bed. It is one of the worst beds I've ever been in after traveling around the world for the past 20 years. It needs to be replaced with a higher quality bed and a king size.

Unit is small, a little dated, but we rented this unit for the oceanfront view. The view is great, and it’s an easy walk to the beach.
It was clean but needs a few things, like a decent knife in the kitchen. No washer/dryer in unit, but there’s a coin laundry in the building, on the same floor. We had 1 key, so keyless entry would be an improvement. Lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min drive. We enjoyed our stay.

We've stayed in a few different units in this building and this was our favorite. One King and two twins is a pretty versatile setup. It overlooks the boardwalk and the both the Ocean Dunes pool and resort pool, so if that doesn't work for you, consider another unit. But the beach view is amazing, especially at night, and the balcony is big. We ate dinner out there every night. Oh and coin laundry sounds like a hassle, but it's not. The machines are on the same floor and the capacity is enormous. We did one load mid-week. We'll be back.

Steps away from the beach, a short walk to lots of restaurants and such, great view from the patio/deck. We would definitely stay here again. FYI - The rental company can give you extra keys if you want, as they haven't yet upgraded to keyless locks. The rental office is right across the street.

A fantastic view of the ocean and pool. The condo we rented was very clean with very comfortable furnishing. The kitchen was roomy and we liked the grill on the lawn. Wish there were lights around the grilling area as some people eat a little later at the beach. (trying to get all of the beach in a day as possible)
