Overall my family of 6 (two little kids) loved this unit! The unit was very nice, with the only exception being the worn out sofa mattress which was quite uncomfortable for an adult, but kids don’t mind as much. The view is amazing and unobstructed of the beach. The pool was clean and warm, and easy to access on the way to or back from the beach. The management team was very courteous, and made an impression that they would be available and willing to help should we have had the need. Again we had a fantastic stay and would recommend the unit and rental company.

Our room was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the beach and pool each day. I would recommend Ocean Dunes for its proximity to restaurants, shopping, and bicycling. We plan to return.

This was our 7th trip to Hilton Head Island and the best one yet. We've stayed at Vacation Time properties every time and love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with where to eat and shop. The Ocean Dunes condo is our favorite, close to Coligny Beach with shopping, dining and a grocery store. We rent bicycles and easily access all of these areas within minutes. Our rental was super clean and modern with an awesome ocean view and just steps from the beach, pool and grill area. We loved being able to open the balcony door and listen to the relaxing ocean sounds in the evenings and enjoy the beautiful sunrises in the mornings. We highly recommend Vacation Time of Hilton Head and look forward to our next stay with them!!!

Fantastic view, a great walk on the beach to coligny and all that area has to offer.. the office staff are fabulous.and very caring.

Great location! Great place and room for a couple!
Pans in kitchen needed replaced. Mattress in bedroom not comfortable. AC filters were not clean.

This was our first time to HHI and we had a great time. The location was perfect with it being a smaller resort, every room has an ocean view. The walk to the beach was perfect.

The place was clean, great beach view and easy access to the beach. It is really nice to have a heated pool for this time of year. The only complaint that I have is the shower had some issues. The drain was slow and caused to fill with up with water. We were also missing sheets for the pull out bed on the first night. They were quick to get them over to us the next day though. I would recommend staying at Ocean dunes and if they fix the shower is his is a great unit for 4 people.

The staff was very helpful and friendly when I booked. The room was nice and perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed was way to soft for our liking and the outside lights glowed past the shutters other than that we liked it.

This was one of the easiest bookings I have ever done. The customer service was phenomenal. The room was exactly what I asked for. It was in a perfect location to walk to the pool and beach. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was perfect for my family of 4. I would highly recommend this room. I will be going back soon and booking it again.

Have been staying at Ocean Dunes for years and have never been disappointed! If you want a short walk to the beach this is the place to stay! It is close to shopping and not far from good restaurants. Vacation Time rental personnel are always friendly and accommodating to your needs. There are newer buildings going up next door but my choice will still be Ocean Dunes. This Unit 411 was facing the beach with good view of ocean and pool. It could have used a new toaster and fry pan, but that is honestly the only issues there were, we still enjoyed our stay!! For the enjoyment of a condo the price was fair and worth every penny.

Property filled our needs, but quite dated. Filthy curtain at deck door, door lock difficult to operate, very slow drains, and water pressure, and minimal utensils and kitchen amenities.

Great view, nice accommodations and wonderful location. The elevator was down for a whole day and it made it very difficult to go go down the stairs and back up from the fourth floor since my wife was handicapped. Poor planning from our perspective. Since there is only one elevator, would seem wiser to do the maintenance work at night. Enjoyed our stay but the elevator issue was a negative. We will return but will ask about the elevator maintenance upfront.
