Gorgeous Property
Our family loved this place and will return! The home has a lovely pool and a screened in entertainment area. The ocean is only 2 blocks away! The living quarters were spotless and extremely comfortable. We made our booking thru Vacation Time of Hilton Head whom we has used for years.

This house was perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for this picky group! The kitchen had a great supply of dishes, silverware, knives, pots/pans, even koozies! 2 full size fridges and regular coffee pot and a Keurig! The pool is beautiful.
The location just set it over the top! A quick walk down the street and you're on the beach.A quick walk about 2 blocks a you are at a great shopping/restaurant area (Coligny)
Honestly, all of my stays are booked through Vacation Time of HHI. They are spot on with their exceptional customer service and properties!

Great location - can walk to the beach and the plaza easily. Having a pool at the house was also a huge plus for our three families. House worked great for us. Rental company was responsible same day when the outside shower wasn’t working.

We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. It was the perfect location for a short walk to the beach and ice cream treats at Rita’s each night. It was the perfect set up for those who wanted to be in the pool or hang out watching sports on the TV on the screened porch. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely be back

Once again we had a wonderful time at Sandy Feet. It is in the perfect location to the plaza as well as the beach. This was our annual family vacation. Stephanie was great prior to our arrival and helped with minor issue during our trip. Looking forward to next year.

We had a great time staying at this newly renovated home. Kitchen was well equipped. Great space for gourmet cooking and enjoying time with friends. Plenty of room to enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. The home is updated yet comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for our three-generation family. Everyone had a comfortable bed and place to chill out. The pool was perfect and we loved the screen porch. Kitchen was well stocked with adequate pots, pans, plates silverware, etc. Two refrigerators was a plus. Batteries on our smoke detectors went off but service man came and replaced batteries very quickly. Would Definitely recommend this house.

We visited Hilton Head from August 21st-28th. Sandy Feet Retreat was the perfect house for our group of 13. When we arrived, the house was still being inspected after being cleaned, but we didn't mind. We were happy to get in the house. The bedrooms were big, bathrooms updated, kitchen was updated and a lot more spacious and user friendly than the original pictures showed when we booked. Garage had everything you need for the beach, which is right down the road. Back yard pool was bigger than expected, and the screened in porch was nice. Our week there was very hot and very humid so we did not sit outside until late in the evening. If there is one bit of advice for the owner, being more prompt on fixing things or replacing them. Some of our pool chairs were broken when we arrived. The cleaning inspector was notified and we also called the office. Nothing was done with it. There were plenty at Walmart down the road but I wasn't supplying them. There was a service guy who came to fix the outdoor fridge, but we didn't complain about that, a previous guest must have. With that being said, a great home to rent. We would absolutely stay there again when we come back.

Favorite Rental House!
Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and this by far has been our favorite rental house to date! The house is so spacious with new modern updates. The living room area is large enough for the entire family to hang out comfortably. The best part of the house is the outdoor area, the screened in porch was our daily gathering spot! We ate, watched tv, and even did workouts on the porch! The pool is so much larger than any rental house pool we’ve had at the beach! Speaking of the beach, it’s only a 4 minute walk away! And most everything we wanted to do was in walking distance actually! We really enjoyed having the guest house as well because not only did it provide additional space, it also had a second washer and dryer which is much needed for 16 people. Another thing we loved is that all of the tv’s were smart tv’s. Also, the garage was filled with beach chairs, toys, carts, bikes, and even another refrigerator! We cannot say enough good things about this house!

This is the 5th year we have rented this property. Over the years the house has had some amazing renovations. This last trip the house received a new kitchen. It was amazing. Cooking is so much easier with the extra space. We will be back next year.

Incredible experience in HHI. The house provides everything you need for a perfect vacation. The outdoor space is a hidden gem and the house comes with everything you need for a beach trip and makes packing easy!

Overall it was great. Main house was updated nicely although a ltger table would have been nice.
The pool area seemed a little old and there was no fan over the bar in screened in room. Couldn’t sit out there due to excessive heat. Pool was also too hot to be refreshing.
That being said our family had a great time. It was a great location. Short walk to beach. Walk to coligny plaza!

We had a great 3 generation vacation together. The house is perfect for our family. The children loved the pool, the easy access to the beach and the bike paths. We loved the comfortable breezeway. There were also lots of beach toys in the garage for our use. A guest does need to be agile and not too large to be comfortable in the guesthouse. The new bathrooms are lovely. The management even brought us a bag of ice on Sunday and moved quickly to take care of a problem with the ice maker.

Our three generation family had a great time making memories at the beach. We were able to walk or bike to the beach and ice cream store and grocery store. Small issues, like ants outside were taken care of very quickly. You do have to be fairly agile and not too large to stay in the guesthouse. The main house was perfect for the parents and kids. We did find that the grandkids joined the grand parents for breakfast in the guesthouse, which worked out well. The eating areas were large enough for everyone to eat together. One highlight was the two middle grandchildren learned how to ride without training wheel and then took their new skill to the beach!

The house was nice, the pool was in full sun and refreshing, the hot tub was exhilarating. Loved having the bikes and the wagon to take to the beach. We had a very enjoyable week!
