The house is in a perfect location. 5 min walk to the beach. The pool was right outside the back door and very pretty. The house has everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was easy and close. Having the cabana nearby was great. We enjoyed tasty meals at nearby restaurants. And, our time of celebration 50 years of marriage was wonderful!

We had a wonderful week at Hilton Head staying in this condo. The location was great and the renovations were well done! The only negatives were the odd stacking washer and dryer which obviously weren’t designed to be stacked. We could barely reach the dryer controls, and we’re not THAT short! Also, loud people from other units at night in the pool or on their decks a couple of nights, but other than that it was perfect!

The Rental was so enjoyable ��!!! Very clean, nice appliances, a lot of kitchen utensils to use. A wine bottle opener!!! Yayyyy!! LOL! REALLY enjoyed my stay.

We had a great week at the beach-location was perfect(we have stayed at several other units in the complex in the past)We also enjoyed staying right off the pool. A little disappointed in the maintenance of the Seascape grounds/parking lot/ private path to the beach. Not as well maintained as in past years. Also our condo had some negatives... first floor and stairs very sandy when we arrived ( apparently no significant floor cleaning before we arrived) 2nd floor shower drained very slowly, 3rd floor slider not sealed/would come off track/wiggle out of place easily, wheel on one of 2nd floor beds was broken off when we arrived/old, empty pop can under bed, too. Closet door on 3rd floor not 'commected" to track in any way. Couch and throw pillows had some stains/spots on them. Lastly, the kitchen was not very well stocked--only 4 mis-matched coffee mugs, minimal decent knives. would be nice if unit had a numerical push button door lock combo-to avoid need for keys. No informational booklet or binder in unit with wi-fi password-we needed to contact rental company day after arrival for this info.

Location, Location, Location! If you like being a short walk to the pool, a short bike to shops and dining, and a few steps to the pool this is the rental for you- 3 floors so the master on the 3rd is nice and quiet with its own private bathroom and balcony while the den and kitchen on the 1st are being used with its own deck. 2nd floor has a queen bedroom and a room with both a twin and a full as well as a bathroom and washer/dryer.

We were so pleased to stay in this unit Jan- April 2021. The condo was very comfortable, great access to pool and beach and bike trails. The different floors for master gave our family privacy when needed and a peaceful space on the upper deck. Beautiful bathroom renovation and comfortable beds. The kitchen was updated and attractive with large window overlooking the pool. The management was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway to HHI.

This condo was perfectly situated across from the cozy pool and a 5 minute walk down the path to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. It was a great spot for our spring break getaway.

Great location- steps off the deck to the pool, a minute walk to the beach with a private restroom just for the guests of the villas right off the beach ramp, and walking or biking to Coligny Plaza full of shops, food and entertainment. The villa itself was perfect for our group of teens and adults. The den and kitchen is on a separate floor from the bedrooms so you can separate fun from rest. Villa is updated and clean. The master is on the 3rd floor which worked well to get away from all the chaos and it has a nice deck overlooking the pool. We will definitely revisit this villa.

It was so wonderful. The pool was so clean and warm. The condo was well equipped to cook all meals. I loved the top third bedroom with a balcony on it. We will be back.

The condo is wonderful, exactly as shown and described online. Everything is updated and new. The pool is right outside the back of the unit, so close to the heart of Coligny.
