Seascape Villa 3074

Repeat vacationers staying at the Seascape Villas, first time at this condo. This condo is clean and welcoming! The pool is right outside the back door patio, washer and dryer are on the main floor, and a kitchen supplied with all your basic kitchen appliances and gadgets. The condo is tucked away just off the main road which provides a little noise relief but is still just a quick walk to the beach access! Very convenient, cozy and clean! Would for sure rent this location again!

We come to HHI every year and this was our first time staying at Seascape Villas and it did not disappoint! We had a great stay and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, clean and updated. I will mention that this condo is situated towards the back of the complex so it adds a little extra time to your walk to the beach, but it's still manageable. As others have mentioned, the beach wagon that was provided, could definitely be replaced as it was very old and unstable and toppled over while taking it to the beach the first time. Of note, as another reviewer mentioned there is not a TV in the second bedroom which is not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have. The master bedroom and main living area had smart TVs with multiple different streaming services so that was nice bonus! Things that could be added to the condo to improve the stay would be a drying rack to dry laundry, providing kleenex in the bathrooms, adding a mirror to the first floor, a dresser in the second bedroom as there is only hanging space for your clothes and an actual dish rag to wipe down the counter tops with. It would also be nice to have umbrellas at the pool to provide additional shade. Otherwise we had a great time and will definitely be back.

We have been staying at this property for every year for at least 6 years and we love the location. That being said It needs some updates. A fresh coat of paint, a new couch and the curtains need to be washed as well as a new outdoor grill. This would help bring it back to its full potential. A new beach cart would be a plus!

Very, well maintained condo. We truly appreciated the decor and attention to detail throughout the unit. First time at this condo and plan to return. Property description was right on, close enough to walk to the beach.

This property was in the place I most enjoy in Hilton Head on South Forest Beach. The condo was very nice and convenient to all we wanted to do. It was very clean and updated. We enjoyed our time here a lot! Two things to note, no bathroom on first level and no tv in second bedroom. Just handy to know but not deal breakers at all! We would stay here again ��

Enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful two bed, two bath condo in South Forest Beach, Hilton Head. Our good friends own a condo in same community and this rental is in next building over from them. It was so nice being close yet having our own space. The deck was so large compared to others in community and it backed right up to the pool area. Great location being right across from the beach. The place was beautifully decorated and had the most comfy beds! Remodeled so nicely. Loved our stay!

Very convenient apartment with great location. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants/shopping area. The property is well equipped, clean and cozy. Next time we are back to HHI, we will be back to this property !
