Seaside Villa 121

Perfect location, impressive apartment, well-decorated and maintained. Lovely location with a balcony, ocean front view. Some deer even stopped by looking for treats! We'll be back if we can reserve it again.

This was our second year at seaside Villa 121 and we enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean from the living area and patio. Fairly will equipped unit. Second year in a row we were unable to park underneath the building as they sparkling the ceiling, other than that everything was great.

An absolutely gorgeous view of beach and landscape from corner unit at Seaside! My wife & I enjoyed drinking our coffee in early mornings on this 1st floor balcony. We watched birds, rabbits, squirrel and rolling waves. (No deer seen during this visit unfortunately.) And Coligny Plaza is just a short walk away. A nicely remodeled condo!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seaside Ville 121. It was EXACTLY as advertised. Great location and amazing view. Very clean and well appointed with everything needed for a quick getaway. Quick check-in and check-out process. Wish there were beach chairs and an umbrella because the beach was hot. We will be back!

The folks at Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, and the rental process itself was easy. Our condo unit was top-notch, well-appointed, and very comfortable for two. It was on a great beach in an excellent location. We look forward to returing.

This was our first stay on HHI and this unit was perfect. Close to Coligny Beach or just walk onto the Beach from the complex. The unit was clean and was equipped with what we needed. Balcony was key and we saw deer in the dunes and loved our time there.

Loved everything about the villa. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable bed, and a fantastic view of the ocean. Also easy walk to great restaurants. Will definitely put this villa on top of my list for next trip to Hilton Head. Perfection!!

We had a great time at this condo, it is very clean and well furnished, very similar to the unit I normally stay in. The view is great but the patio furniture is a bit uncomfortable and hard to sit in. This unit also lacked things like beach chairs, extra linens, trash bags, etc. and had we known we would've brought our own stuff to avoid paying island prices. Despite this it is a wonderful condo and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed in unit 121 for a 2-week getaway. The suite was a perfect solution for a couple from the cold winter of Cincinnati. Lots of storage space, walk-in shower, comfortable king bed, great kitchen with all the major appliances...and did I mention the ocean front view? We can't wait to return!

This condo is very nicely renovated with everything we needed for our extended stay. The view of the ocean is lovely. Jimmy and the management staff at Vacation Time were excellent to work with. We've used other property rental companies on HHI but Vacation Time were, by far, our best experience.

Very nice place..would recommend for a couple..overall experience was good a few little things I would change up in the Needs a Keurig coffee maker and a little better seating on the patio.Needs a stackable washer dryer and The kitchen faucet main water lines are backwards. Hot is Right and cold is Left.And no toilet paper Lol..But other than that is was Very nice !!! Thanks for the stay !!!

Great Condo
I hesitate to write this review because you will want to stay here and that means it will not be available when we want to rent it! A very lovely condo with just about everything you would want. Lots of storage space, wonderful walk-in shower, comfortable king size bed, porch facing the ocean, and the kitchen is furnished with everything you would want when cooking. Conveniently located on the first floor and just steps from the beach. If I made any suggestion it would be to have two folding chairs for the round table when you have four staying in the condo and a couple of beach chairs for those traveling a distance or flying in. Look no further, a great place to stay. Thank you owners!

Great condo, everything you need to stay. close to shops and restaurants. Vacation time staff super with any issues. Easy access off island. Great view of beach, quite condo, we were at end of building. Kitchen had everything you need, when not eating out. Ton of storage space, bathroom bigger than others at Seaside villa. Large shower!!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Side Villas. Our unit was really comfortable. Our only complaints are for the actual property not the unit we stayed in, the gate to the beach was broken (there was to be a code to open and close but it was broken) and due to that people NOT staying at Sea Side Villas would park in our lot like they were staying there (we actually watched several cars follow another car into the property when they opened the gate, they parked unloaded beach stuff and went right to the beach, couple times we would even catch them leaving too, after they washed off) couple of times we had to make a spot during the day on the grass to park.

Very nice with everything we needed. The view was wonderful and a close walk to the beach. The only complaint was the A/C never cooled the bedroom, the living room and kitchen was about ten degrees cooler than the bedroom.

This unit is a cozy one bedroom right on the ocean. It was perfect for my wife and I. It was exactly how the pictures display. Unit was clean and outfitted properly for our month long stay.

VTHH staff are wonderful to work with. Stephanie, Jimmy and Michael were always pleasant to deal with and all the other staff seemed very nice.

HHI is a great place to go for a vacation. My wife and I have chosen this area and VTHH as our snow bird destination from now on. We will not use any other vacation property management firm when on HHI.

This was a great place to stay. The condo was perfect for us,the kitchen had everything we needed,the bathroom was good. It really looks exactly like the pictures! We absolutely loved our stay in this condo!! Clean, comfortable and everything that's needed if you want to cook-in which we did on this particular trip. The slow cooker was an unexpected but welcome appliance. The location close to the beach was perfect and it was easy to hear the ocean and see the sunrise from the balcony. This oceanfront condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. The furnishings are modern and look newly renovated. It is very comfortable and the mattress is especially comfy. The fans are nice. The kitchen has everything you need. It was very quiet. It is a very close walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

I would definitely recommend this little condo. It was very clean and recently updated. So comfortable! Loved all the furnishings, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and the comfortable king sized bed! Enjoyed my morning s sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee the ocean and wildlife! The beach here is beautiful! Very wide at low tide. Writing the review makes me want to visit again soon!

From the moment we entered this condo we were so surprised and happy. This unit is beautiful. It has been re-done and i wish i could have the person who did it come to my home and re-due my living room. It is so pretty! Everything my husband and i were looking for! You enter into a large , spacious bedroom,the bathroom is at the end on the right side. Then you walk into a spacious living room kitchen with all new appliances, a small table and then a really nice couch and chair that you can actually sit on. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and a small balcony. It is really nice but don’t believe me, take the trip yourself it is well worth it!!
