Our third year at this location, which is wonderful. Love this spot. AC head in bedroom made loud humming noise on and off. Bed needs new mattress.

My late wife and I would come to Seaside Villas during her spring breaks from teaching 2nd grade for about 15 years. She passed away in March, 2023, so I come by myself for a very fulfilling week in mid-March.
I liked this unit because of the open concept with the bedroom with pocket doors, a Keurig coffee machine, and a fully stocked cabinet and closets.
The ocean front is spectacular. I will be back!

We fell in love with Hilton Head and this perfect condo this year! We loved how clean the condo was upon arrival, the ease of checking in and out, how beautiful the beach was, and how perfect the weather was during our stay. The condo is exactly as advertised and it’s fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. My only suggestion would be to add a light in the living room and bedroom fans. Otherwise, it was perfect and we can’t wait to book again next summer!

This unit, #224 has a fantastic view of the ocean & of the well-manicured lawn / dune areas; convenient walking distance to beach & pool. (We had notified office upon our arrival: (1) keyless entry did not work; had to use key instead. (2) And that one of the two balcony chairs was broken; extremely difficult to sit in. Maintenance staff came soon & repaired door lock to make it work. He also assured us that he would report the broken chair. (Hopefully, following renters were fortunate to be provided two useable ones.) The queen size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen area was efficient; but we did have to purchase k-cup pods for different kind of coffee maker than we use; had brought our ground coffee & filters instead. lol Reminder, bring toilet paper; brand provided is extremely thin! We bought our own. (And there is a remote control for the bathroom ceiling fan.) Location is great! Wonderful restaurants are close by, too. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation!

Always love HH and all the amenities the island offers! Golf, biking, beach and great seafood! Need to take the 4" thick waffle foam off the bed! Can't move or roll over and extremely hot!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We found the location of this unit to be centrally located and handy to all we wanted to do. The unit was clean, quiet and well stocked. The pictures accurately represent the unit. The view is beautiful. Access to the beach effortless. Check in and check out easy. We even had cooperative and pleasant January weather

The location of our condo was perfect. The condo (500sf) was fine for two people. The kitchen was tiny but had a table/chairs,oven, stovetop, refrigerator and garbage disposal.

The perfect oceanfront rental with unobstructed views of the ocean! We had everything we needed and the space was very well thought out and accommodating. Loved seeing the red shouldered hawks in the trees outside. Breakfast on the balcony and beautiful sunsets! We will be back!!

After having Covid at Thanksgiving I decided to take my wife and daughter away for Christmas. The few days we were away in Hilton Head during Christmas was so enjoyable. The view from the balcony of the sunsets and sunrises made the trip well worth it. The Unit was clean and very comfortable and we will plan on trying to stay in the same unit on our next trip to Hilton Head.
