Seaside Villa 232

We enjoyed another vacation in HHI; it was our second time in this unit. It has a nice view of the ocean and comfortably suits a couple.
VTHHI is always a pleasure to check in with during our stay.
This year there were people staying in the unit above us and they seemed heavy footed.

As always VTHHI found us a great unit for our quick getaway. SSV 232 is nicely furnished snd gas a great view of the ocean. Everything was clean as usual and we were able to relax.Seaside is a great location- close to Coligny with shops & restaurants- bike baths - beach, what more could you ask for. We had a plumbing issue in our unit but VT quickly moved us to another unit on the same floor.

If you would like to walk the beach morning and evening this is the place! The condo was redone recently looks great! Walking to Coligny Plaza is a huge plus!! We walked to The Porch and the Tiki Hut just up the beach!!! Great for 2 adults but not so sure about adding kids as it is very cozy.

The property description was accurate. The ocean view was great and the property was clean. It was a little small, but clean and ok for three people. The only drawback was the gate to property was never closed and people that did not stay there kept parking there hence it was difficult to find a parking space. Housekeeping opened our door on Saturday thinking we were checking out. I would recommend this property due to location and cleanliness.

As always we had a wonderful time on HHI. Sea Side Villas is a great location and amazing value for the price. Right on the beach - great view- convenient to Coligny Shopping Center. Our unit 232 was ready before time and was very clean and well equipped. We have been booking through VTHHI for close to 20 years now and as usual they are the best

Had a great week at this condo. It was perfect for a small family with a nine year old. We loved having breakfast on the balcony looking at the ocean every morning.

Great little condo right on the beach. Walking distance to the shops at Coligny. The only hang up was the size. It would be perfect for a small family of 3-4. Although it does sleep 6, the pull out couch takes up all the living/dining/kitchen area. Unfortunately, hurricane Elsa visited and so we cut our visit short. But, like I said, it was a great location and perfect for a small family. I would stay again, but without the kids. :)

Excellent view for the price while on the deck. Rental was exactly as described. Kitchen could use more pots and pans for those looking to cook. While everything appeared clean, the floor had to be re-done by my wife as it left your feet darkened. Our trip was in October (not overtly hot; low to mid 80's), not sure the current a/c unit would be able to keep the bedroom cool in the summer. Not as much of an issue in October (bedroom was warm and stuffy - there is a ceiling fan; and we kept the unit on 67 cool and it ran 90% of the time), not sure how it would work in the summer. The main room of the unit was constantly comfortable. There is a light directly outside the master bedroom that keeps it pretty lit up (bring a mask if that bothers you). The complex itself has done a great job of keeping the grounds updated; very impressed.

Great location, easy access to US 278. Restaurants aplenty and many golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Rental was conveniently located and fairly priced. The provided accessories for the kitchen were not sufficient e.g. no coffee filters, no condiments like salt, pepper, sugar or alternative. There were some electrical plugs in the kitchen counter area that were not working. The property and condo rented is in need of a bit of refreshing.

My overall experience was great. Inwas a little disappointed on the size of the condo. The pictures advertised makes the condo seem much larger. Since the condo is listed for a party of 6 i expected it to be much larger. Pictures of the condo also shows 2 different photos off the bunk. I interpreted this as having 2 sets of bunks.Everything ended up working out because the couch pulled out and was large enough for 2 people. Other than the sz of the condo everything else was pretty good. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers on our floor. I only got tonwash 1 load of laundry during our stay because they were always occupied. And, you had to pay for the use of the washer and dryers. Condo was very clean and tidy. The beach was very accessible.

We’ve stayed in several units here throughout the years (we love being right on the ocean) and this unit had the best “finish” yet! The kitchen layout was lovely and really opened up the room! It allowed for a full size sofa bed and a recliner instead of a loveseat or smaller sofa usually there. Everything felt new or really well maintained. Great beach view! A few rugs to collect sand would be nice, but otherwise, a wonderful unit!

We were looking for a place for a girls weekend and this was perfect. My 2 daughters and I stayed here. It was perfect for the 3 of us. The view was awesome and the Villa was the perfect size and location. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent...except for the rain, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. Good room for two women who need lots of storage space and don't care about the size of the room.

This was my first visit to Hilton Head, so I didn't know what to expect. Every restaurant I visited was exquisite. I loved the ocean front location and comfort of the unit, although it was smaller than it appeared in the literature. This did not impact the overall experience, though. I will probably visit again in the future. Driving around was somewhat of a challenge with heavy traffic, confusing roundabouts and too many traffic lights.

Hilton Head SC has been a very relaxing vacation experience for all of us, we have always stay at Seaside Villas on South Forest Beach Drive. This time the unit was very nice very updated, clean and good angle view. The only bad part was that it had a really strong oil base paint smell and it's right next to the stairs and hallway door so you can hear people in and out all the time.

Room 232 was absolutely amazing. We will return in hopes of getting the same room. We always use Vacation Time for bookings at Ocean Dunes or Sea Side. Sea Side 232 is worth every penny and we cannot wait to return. The décor was beautiful, updated and clean. The View Amazing.
