Wonderful accommodation at Seaside Villa with beautiful view of the ocean.

Overall, it was excellent...see the details below.

The one issue / suggestion is that hall door between zones and nearest to 234. The closer that should ensure the door closes gently and quietly is broken, resulting in a loud bang, which is an issue when we were trying to get to sleep.

It was a perfect location! The beach was right there and I could see the ocean from my balcony, stores and restaurants were just a few blocks down! October was a great time to visit Hilton head, the weather was perfect. The unit was small but perfect and well priced.

The management team was excellent with getting me settled in early and the process checking out was smooth as well. The furniture, appliances and bathroom accessories need to be upgraded. The bed frame had wheels without locks so it rolled every time you sat or bumped the bed. The front door of the white refrigerator was partly covered with a rust color stain. I tried to wipe it down with cleaning wipes myself but that didn’t remove the rust color stain on the white refrigerator. The bathroom curtain and rods looked like they haven’t been changed in years. The bathroom metal rods were pretty rusty, so the shower curtain hadn’t been changed in a while either. Overall the location is great too the beach just need to address some of those issues!!!

Our room was adequate. We’ve stayed in this same facility on numerous occasions. This was the first time in this particular unit. It was clean, everything was in working order. We’ve stayed in nicer units in the past, but this one was fine.

Easy access to the beach and shopping . Condo was clean and comfortable for 2 people , would be a tight fit for family of 4 with older kids. The pull out couch bed does need replaced . This is a great location . Overall worked well for our trip.

Unit was a good fit for 2 people, but could have been a bit cleaner around baseboards and corners. Not enough bedding(extra pillows but no pillow cases), and definately not enough towels for one week stay (unless you want to do laundry). TV broke and I was not happy that I had to wait for repair person-it broke again after he left. Otherwise location was perfect-right on beach and close to shopping and restaurants.

I must say it's a little small, but it was just enough room for my wife and me. We had a wonderful time, the view was great, and everything in the room was fine. The bed felt good, but the pillows were a little small, and uncomfortable. We loved the balcony, and spent a lot of time out there.

We loved the cond - it is perfect for 2 people. The unit was clean, the decor is cute, and the beach is easily accessible. There is also a patio balcony that gets no morning sun...perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. We walked to restaurants in the evening; we loved the location.

This was a great unit, and location. It had everything needed to make meals, the full size fridge was great- and the 2 beach chairs provided were handy. Figuring out the TVs was tricky, but management was a help. The tv in the bedroom was also quite nice to have. The only thing I would change- owning a vacation property myself- would be to replace the mattress in the bedroom. It is squishy soft, and bad for your back. The best investment in your property is a mattress that sleeps well. Other than that- A plus unit!

This unit is exactly as pictured with one exception that I didn’t realize there was no door on the bedroom until I arrived. Since it was two of us that wasn’t a big factor. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My only caution is that the unit has very bad air circulation. Meaning it was great in the main room but we couldn’t get the cool air back towards the bedroom without a box fan on full blast. And this was during a 70 degree spring day! And the remotes for the fans were MIA so we had no way to control the ceiling fans. I’ve stayed in other Seaside Villa units and this hasn’t been an issue. Besides that, had a wonderful visit.

This unit is perfect for a couple as it only has one bedroom. It is right on the beach with a short walk through the parking lot. The unit was clean and had easy access with an elevator. The unit opens into the bedroom which has a closet and a small TV. Although not shown in the pictures. there is a larger flat screen TV in the kitchen/living room area. The unit is close to shopping and restaurants. The office staff were easy to work with. We will stay here again when we return to HHI.

It was exactly what I was expecting from the photos. I nicely updated condo, with comfortable furniture, an ocean view and easy access to the beach & an on site pool. The only negative I can say is that the bed is a too soft for me, but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again!

Top spot for the two of us ! A bit small if the kids were there but for just the two of us it was perfect ! Close to everything walking and bike riding galore !

We've been to HHI the past four years and love it! Three of the four years, we've stayed in the same unit and it feels like our 'home' on the island. The only drawback this year was walking so far to gain beach access....especially with a bad knee. But overall, wonderful!

We were pleased with the condo and its location to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Condo was clean and well kept. Pool was a little small. Only major complaint was a wish for better beach chairs provided by condo.

Good experience with the property management company. This unit did have 2 small beach chairs which was not listed in the description. This was not a big deal for me. This is a small unit but was perfect for our small family of 3. Front door does open into the bedroom and there is not a door separating the bedroom from the rest of the unit. Overall, this is a good unit.

First time staying at Seaside Villas. Definitely worth the price. Unit was absolutely adorable, professionally decorated with all the amenities. Very professional, courteous. Small units but there were only two of us, so it was perfect! Can't wait to come back and although it didn't have as good of a view as some of the other units, it was very convenient and I would likely request the same unit.

The property description and photos were accurate. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed for my husband and I for our 3 night stay. Easy walking distance by beach or street to Coligny area. This unit has some view of the ocean from balcony. We chose because it was closer to elevator than the oceanfront units. We also liked the under cover parking. Vacation Time was nice to work with in finding a unit to suit us. We would stay here again.

This is a lovely unit, the best we stayed in over 15 years of staying in apartments at SeaSide Villas. Perfect for a couple, but comfortable for a family with one child. It had everything I needed to cook our meals. It even had beach chairs. The two TVs, one in living room and one in bedroom, ensured that we could watch, or not, whatever we wanted. Good closet space!
