Seaside Villa 238

We had a plumbing issue in our original unit 232 and as usual VTHHI was amazing in taking care of us. Within an hour they had given us another unit on the same floor 238. SS 238 is really nice unit- nicely decorated and well equipped. My only issue, and its a silly one, is that I couldn’t see as much of the ocean due to the lovely big palm tree by the balcony ��. 238 is right by the elevator and steps for easy access. We love dealing with VTHHI and Sea Side is a perfect location

The unit was in a good location and in generally good condition. Seaside Villas are close to the beach and within walking distance of eateries and shopping. The units at Seaside Villas are small. This was not a problem for us because we were only 2 adults but if we had any extra people it would have been cramped. The kitchen was well supplied, bed was comfortable and seating was adequate. The management company (VTHHI) was very responsive to our issues. First, there was a major issue with the unit we originally reserved and they quickly accommodated us by moving us to this unit. Second, when the sink stopped up, they had someone there in less than 15 minutes to clear it. I would likely go to a newer facility for my next visit but for the more budget conscious this is a great choice. As an aside, the facility was described as having access to an indoor pool and fitness center. These have been closed since the pandemic started and the website had not been updated. We were disappointed to not have these available. I suggest being careful to look into details when booking a unit at Seaside Villas. Some of them have moved the air conditioner to the balcony which takes up 1/3 of the space and would be noisy to sit near. Also, in the unit we saw where this was the case, one of the closets was occupied by the furnace leaving very little closet space for renters. This is not typically obvious in the pictures provided.

I stayed here before and vacation time rentals has taken care of me both times ! They are amazing and I needed a favor and they made it happen ! Jimmy and Stephanie made it extremely easy and very accommodating! I would highly recommend you all using this company for all your vacation needs !!! A+ company

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. It’s close the the elevator, we could look out at our teen in the pool easily. I only have two complaints: the pull out bed was so uncomfortable that it was unusable. Also, my husband had to clean the AC filters because they were so filthy that our unit wasn’t getting any cool air.

We met family at Seaside Villa for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed our stay in Villa 238. The condo was well stocked with all we needed, and was clean as well located to Coligny Square and all the areas we wanted to enjoy.
