We rented a small, one bedroom condo at Sea Side Villas (right on the beach!). Perfect location. Can walk to just about everything at Coligny Beach. Condo a bit smallest and furnishings getting a little dated but overall was clean and fine.

We typically travel to VTHHI twice a year. We always book our trip thru VTHHI. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We are treated like family. We work with Michael, he's the best!

I enjoyed my trip to Hilton Head Island. Seaside Villas is very well located, right on the beach, and has umbrella and beach chair rentals available.
The condo was small, but big enough for 1-2 guests. The kitchen was adequate for the amount of cooking I did (simple breakfast and lunch, one easy dinner.) It was fairly clean (corners and undersides of furniture dusty, a bug on the bedroom floor. Tear in the bed cover.) The cable TV was out in the living room the night I arrived, but it got fixed the next day and the bedroom TV worked.
The toilet needed plunging on first use, which was a surprise. Worked fine after that.
Liked not having much to do to clean up and check out.
The location was just as advertised, about a five minute walk from Coligny Square and right on the beach. Easy to get to other things on the island when I wanted to. Couldn't beat it really! I would stay here again, as long as I didn't have many companions with me.

The location is excellent, the condo was okay and the price was great, but you get what you pay for. This place is great if you are "on the go" throughout the vacation and not to worried about having much space. It took some getting used to, but the bedroom was so small that we had to climb over one another to get out. The fan was very wobbly and noisy in the bedroom, but couldn't turn off because it got so warm in that room. Some of the remotes had dead or no batteries in them. We also had to buy an air freshener to get rid of a stench that was lingering. That being said, it was a very "no frills" type of room. No beach toys, bikes, extra pillows, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels like some of our other friends had in their room on the same property.

Clean room great location fyi the bunk bed in this unit is useless made a great shelf. Didn't even have a way to get into it. All else is great.

Unit 240 at Seaside Villas was clean and conveniently located near Coligny Plaza. Check in and check out were easy, and the office is very close to the condo. The small bunk above the closet isn't of much use as a bed, especially for small children. I highly recommend this unit.

Very clean comfortable and well appointed. Great staff no problems whatsoever. Great parking. Secured gated parking. AC worked great and is was super hot outside. Loved balcony. Standing in living full view of ocean. Sitting partial view due to palmetto right at balcony. Bedroom is tight but bed is comfy.

Seaside villas is an older, weathered complex with a great oceanfront location. The unit was cute (but small) and well-furnished but could benefit from a thorough cleaning and updated bath. The tub squeeked while in use and felt like it was sagging a bit. My granddaughter enjoyed the bunk, but I would be concerned about putting a younger child up there, as there is no ladder or protection to prevent a fall onto the hard tile floor below. Wireless would be a nice addition.

We knew about Sea Side Villas because we have stayed there several times and in several different units. All have been clean, well maintained and well equuipped. The 'Coligny' area of Hilton Head is great. Right on the beach, walking distance to lots of shopping, bars and restaurants - in fact you could park your car upon arrival and not get back in until you leave. The beach is fabulous - walk or bike for over 12 uninterrupted miles. All the condos in Seaside Villas have a beach view from their balconies. Unit 240 gets full afternoon/evening sun on the balcony. The units are small but well designed and very comfortable. We stayed for over 5 weeks and it was just fine. The unit was very well equipped for dining in - all the utensils you would have at home, a great fridge, small, functional stove/oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The living area is small but nicely furnished - Sofa, one chair, dining table and chairs, and flat screen TV. (We ate most of our meals outside on the balcony which is also nicely furnished and roomy). The bedroom was quite small, but comfortable and it did have plenty of storage. The property is oceanfront and very well maintained. The outside barbeques are well positioned on the property and kept clean and tidy as are the rest of the grounds. The pools are not heated, but they are clean and well equipped with lounge chairs. If being right on the beach and having the ocean view are priorities as they are for us, then Seaside Villas will meet those needs and is very good value. The unit is best suited to two people.
We would never book with anyone but Vacation Time of Hilton Head. We have been using this company off and on for over 15 years. The staff has not changed! They have always surpassed our expectations in service.

We loved our condo- it was fresh and modern, the view from the balcony was beautiful and it was perfect for two people. We liked being able to walk or ride our bikes almost everywhere on the island and the beach was right there! Plus, it was the week after Labor Day, so the weather was perfect, but we missed the (sometimes) oppressive crowds and higher prices; everyone was much more relaxed. We enjoyed dinner at Casey's for the Steelers game, One Hot Mama's for bbq and of course, The Salty Dog at the South Beach Marina. We also highly recommend visiting Savannah for a few hours- we went on a fabulous Pub Ghost Tour! Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed for a week. The view was what we expected and it was very close to the beach. The condo was in very good shape, nice and clean and fresh smelling. Quiet location and the grounds were very well cared for. The other guests were of a kind and respectful quality; no excessive partying was evident. Condo size was a bit small, but fine for two people. We would certainly return. Maybe not in mid August next time; it was really, really hot with temps around 100 or higher. The only thing - Vacation Time rentals only had one key for us upon our arrival. They said that the other key had not been returned yet from the local carpet cleaners. We were told that we would be given the second key within the next day. We never did hear back from them the remainder of the week.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and I decided we needed a low-key beach trip. We just had a long week-end, but called and were able to reserve a one-bedroom condo. Two bedrooms would have been better, but when you wait to reserve the day of departure, you can't complain. The reservation lady was very helpful on the phone, and when we were driving in and thought we might be late, the local office was accommodating. The condo was clean and freshly renovated, and had an ocean view. We enjoyed our days on the sand and in the water, and the pool was not over-crowded either. The other guests were friendly, and my grandson was able to find other nice kids to play with. We enjoyed several local restaurants, and even shopped a little. The jelly fish arrived on our third day, after a storm, but they were balanced out by the dolphins and pelicans. Next time, we'll try to be more organized so we're not cuddled in like puppies, but over-all we had a fabulous time. Thanks!

I have been staying on this property for few years now, and as always I have no issues with staff. The mirror in seating area can use an upgrade, but that's it. The room itself was extremely clean. Seaside Villas is my home away from home.

The condo was very nice, clean and in a great location. We had a good view of the water from the balcony. Management staff was very nice and helpful at checkin. Over all we were pleased with the accommodation.

Downside was the slider door to the balcony did not close or lock. It was open at the top about 3/4 inch. And we could hardly move the door along the track. We called immediately to report the door and get it fixed. We had to call again the next morning and then maintenance came and fixed it. We mentioned this again to management when we checked out that this certainly was something housekeeping should have seen and reported so the next renter would not be bothered by the problem.

A nice property for our family. Sleeper sofa looked brand new. I would like to see some dishes (cups) that were plastic. It would be nice for small children. A nicely decorated and practical place to stay with your family.

Everything about our trip was wonderful including the weather. The bike rides around the island was as enjoyable as the beach itself. The only thing I can think of to suggest is the towel count. For a condo that sleeps 5 having 4 towels and 3 washcloths is really not enough. Having dish washer detergent there would be helpful also.

Right on the beach... nice boardwalk with showers down to the water... gated parking lot... it all made for an enjoyable stay. The only downside was a horrible pull-out-sofa. Unfortunately, we needed the extra place to sleep so ended up sleeping on the floor because the sofa mattress was horrible.

I have stayed at Vacation Time property for several years. Never had a problem. I love the Staff because check in is always smooth. The condo itself was clean & comfortable. The only thing I noticed different this time were 2 pillow cases that were not clean; two of them had red nail polish or blood on them. It was not a good look. So I pushed those 2 pillows to the side and used the extras. Although I was freaked out about the spots, it will not stop me from visiting Seaside again.

This was a great location, condo, and overall experience. The room was clean, close to the beach and coligny plaza (like 4 minute bike ride, 15 minute walk). The only issue we had with the place was the lack of a air conditioning unit in the bedroom so
it was a little warm in there to keep the rest of the condo cozy. Great place and would definitely stay there again

My friend and I are teachers, and we are best friends from high school. We have been coming to Seaside Villas at Hilton Head for a girls weekend after school is out for the summer for the past 15 or so years! We always enjoy our stay, and love Seaside's close proximity to the beach, Sea Pines Plantation, restaurants, shopping, etc. Looks like some renovations took place since last year, and we were very happy with the clean, new changes. We do miss Hugo's restaurant, though!! See you next year!

Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean was great, but it was hard to get out and in because the sliding door was very difficult to slide. The management said they all were like that. They did quickly repair a dangerous situation involving a bare electrical wire on one of the bedside lamps. And they were courteous and friendly. I liked having access to the tennis courts and to the Internet via the computer in the rental office.
