Great Spot!
Great spot for our romantic anniversary weekend. The view is great - I started every morning on the patio with my cup of coffee. Sigh. If you can be an early bird one day get up and walk out to the beach to see the sunrise. It’s basically one minute from the unit. We’ll be back.

Great Couples Getaway
The J.E.M. was the perfect place for celebrating a significant anniversary. It’s up-to-date, clean and a close walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Good new mattress. The entire complex is well maintained. Plenty of great restaurants on Hilton Head Island. Highly recommend it!

Excellent
Had a longer weekend getaway with family. Location is great! Very close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants. The condo was very cozy and super clean. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs and the walk to the beach was very easy. Enjoyed the ocean view in the balcony. Kids also loved the pool. Saw lots of crabs at night. We even found a star fish. Thank you for hosting us!

Can't wait to return!
Such a needed trip and a perfect spot for a phenomenal get-a-way. This may have been the cleanest rental we have ever stayed. We spent the mornings on the patio sipping coffee and just relaxing before walking down to the beach. The weather was a little too chilly for swimming but it was still a beautiful walk. The restaurants at Coligny are close by and were really good. The two coffee shops that we tried were Sweet Al's (really good coffee) and Carolina Coffee (good coffee but much bigger breakfast menu). All in all it was an amazing, clean and comfortable stay and we will definitely return when we can actually get in the water.

Our new favorite spot!
This place was everything we hoped for and more. The owners put are into creating a beautiful, relaxing space. The chaise sofa faces the ocean, and we spent more time than we’d like to admit just lounging there. The beach was just steps away, and we were on the sand in no time, with our morning coffee. The condo was spotless. Also worth noting: the bed was insanely comfortable—better than ours at home! It was the kind of stay where everything just worked and all we had to do was enjoy. We’re already figuring out when we can come back. This will be our go-to spot from now on!

See the ocean from your couch!
We had such a wonderful trip to HHI, and this cozy condo was what we needed. After beach time and walking to Coligny to eat - it was so nice to come "home" to a clean and cute beachy condo with an amazing view of the beach. When they say near the ocean, they mean it. You can see the waves from the chaise couch by the big TV. We'll be back as soon as we can. Thanks again.

Girl Get-A-Way
We were delighted by the calm coastal colors and tasteful decorations in the unit - we cooked every night in your lovely well appointed kitchen. You have simply thought of everything. The Villa was spotless and all the furniture is so new and cozy/comfy - but we spent most of our meals and time enjoying the ocean view and sunrises from your fabulous patio. It is a fantastic view and just steps from the charming walk way to the beach. We can’t wait to return to Ocean J.E.M. - It was a perfect stay 5/5.

Beach Access Stat
This condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to have immediate beach access for a quick weekend. This is very close to the Sea Pines area and different shops / restaurants. Highly recommend as this was my first time at Hilton Head.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo
We had a wonderful stay at 258. It was beautifully decorated in cool, beachy tones with stylish, well-placed furniture that made the space feel both inviting and functional. The unit was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable visit. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony—it was the perfect peaceful spot to ease into the day. The beach was just a super easy walk from the condo, making it effortless to go back and forth throughout the day. The built-in bunk beds are best suited for smaller children, but they’re a fun and cozy option if you're traveling with little ones. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for an easy, well-managed Hilton Head getaway.

Fabulous!
All aspects of this condo really hit the fabulous mark! Nice and beach cozy lighting and colors with comfortable beds and couch. The kitchen and bath were stocked accordingly. The shower had excellent pressure. After I did yoga on the patio, enjoyed my morning coffee while looking at the ocean. The ocean was mere steps to get to once out of the condo building. Parking is available and close to the entrance doors. Everyone on the property from employees to guests were gracious and welcoming. I enjoyed local shopping, restaurants & convenience stores which are extremely close by. I have never been to Hilton Head before. I hit the jackpot with this place. I will definitely come back to this gem!
