We always enjoy staying at Sea Side Villas. The condo is close to the beach. We love waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony looking at the waves. The condo is small but just enough for the two of us. It is also stocked with everything you need.

The view is definitely the highlight. There were several beach toys available and the condo was clean. It is close to shops and restaurants. I loved watching the bunnies and deer while looking at the ocean. I would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous location with direct beach front view. Gated property. Bathroom was updated, nice flooring was easy to sweep. Thought it might be too small, but it was all the room we really needed. Would recommend an update on refrigerator (rust on outside, but inside was very clean and useable,) stove (also very useable,) and keyless entry would be nice. Liked eating at the high top on the porch, but would have liked a couple of comfortable chairs for napping, but that's probably just me. Very clean and met our needs just fine. Would definitely rent again.

We have stayed in various units at Seaside Villas several times and are always pleased which their proximity to the beach and the great value that they provide. But this unit - it's all about the view!!! All of the units have a beach view, but most are kind of to the side. This unit directly faces the beach. Being on the top floor we could see above all the trees and vegetation directly to the water. The ocean breeze was so wonderful that we did not even use the air conditioning during the day, but just kept the sliding door open!
The unit was well furnished and looked just like the pictures. Our ONLY complaint was that there were do directions for anything..... how to work the TV, AC etc. and no information on things to see and do in the area. I suspect there was supposed to be some info but maybe someone carted it off??

Enjoyed the view and provisions of SV 325. The villa was clean and accommodating. My wife and I are very appreciative of the owners being flexible to allow us a 10 day stay during our time there. Please pass that along to them. As with all villas without central HVAC, the kitchen-den area was cool, but the bedroom was not. The villa had a portable floor fan, which we used, along with a second fan that we brought with us, in an effort to move the cool air back into the bedroom. We would recommend this villa to others, during a cooler time of the year. Did encounter a large cockroach in the shower one morning, but no other insects.

Unit 325 of Seaside Villas was very nice and clean. It is one of the end units facing the beach so that was extra nice. Vacation Time of HHI is always very easy to deal with and we feel like we get a better value than dealing directly with VRBO. Two small concert with this unit Wr that there were no really good cable channels that we could find. No sports, no news etc. Also, the let out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable because of the base of the couch digging into your back through the matters. Overall, I would stay here again as it was very clean and convenient. And Vacation Time is excellent to deal with.

The rooms were adequate, clean, and neat! Love the oceanfront views. Parking was an issue, mainly due to construction and NO parking on one side. One question I asked when making reservations was if there was any construction. But other than parking, there was no noise or other inconvenience. Wish there was an elevator more centrally located due to my wife’s knee issues!

This rental is all about the location! Great views and perfect location with easy access to beach, dining, shops. My family and I had a great time, a couple of things to note:

Cleanliness: It was fairly clean, the cleaning crew could have done a better job getting things like ceiling fan, under table, etc.

Appliances: the appliances could use some updating. The disposal was not working when we arrived but after I reported that it was fixed within a couple of hours. The fridge took an extremely long time to cool off, in fact I called because I thought it wasn’t working. Then the next morning it was so cold some items froze.

Overall - Great experiance and I would reccomend to others.

The Oceanfront view is great from this condo and the condo itself is pretty nice. The bathroom has been updated, there is an ice maker in the freezer (very helpful for coolers for trips to the beach), and the kitchen area was nice as well. The bedroom is not quite as cool as the rest of the condo, but there was a standup fan in the closet which helped.

The only complaint we had was that there is only one elevator for the entire Seaside unit, it is pretty small, and it is at the opposite end of the building from this condo. Since this condo is on the third floor, we took the elevator quite often for loading and unloading and for trips to the beach with cooler, chairs, etc. Seaside would do well to install a second elevator unit on the other side of this building.

We love the location and the updated condo with new hardwoods throughout. There was plenty of closet storage and drawer space for our group of 4. The only thing that would need attention is the cookware. It is old, worn out and is very limited. We bought a spatula and left it there for the next renters. We would rent this unit again.

We had the perfect vacation. The unit was in a perfect location. We were able to relax and just enjoy some down time. The ocean view was perfect and the unit felt like home. We were centrally located to everything and could walk to most places. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. I’ve been using VTHH and staying at Seaside Villas for 12 years and have never been disappointed.

After coming to HHI all of these years I finally decided I needed a getaway at Christmas time this year. It's always amazing but as a well needed break from work and life after a hard month it was the sanity present that helped me get through the holiday. Thank you Vacation Time Of Hilton Head! WSS325 is a nice unit with a great view directly facing the ocean but it could use a few updates. The fan in the bedroom was loud and the bathroom tub enclosure need to be replaces/fixed (water always dripped and the enclosure is starting to seperate from the wall)...but for the $, the location (walking distance to Coligny Plaz and the view it's hard to beat.

We love HHI and Seaside Villas - our vacation was so great and 325 was just as described. we have been visiting HHI for over 20 years so we were familiar with the property already. The unit was clean and well maintained and as always Vacation Time was wonderful to work with. We love being able to ride bikes and the closeness of Coligny for shopping and dining. We visited Skull Creek Marina Boathouse this visit and it was wonderful would definitely recommend this.

Overall this condo had just what we needed for a week long stay at Hilton Head. The view of the beach is the best feature of this condo for sure.
The bed in the bedroom is less than comfortable and the ceiling fans could use a good cleaning in between guests. My husband let the front desk know that the ceiling fan in the bedroom was loud and needed to be on high to keep the bedroom from being unbearably hot. The AC didn't blow out very strong air and we had to be sure to keep the blinds drawn during the day to try to let the AC catch up. I love that Coligny Plaza is within walking distance to the condo as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

The property has a great view. The property was clean and the linens were abundant. The property amenities were adequate. We opted to sleep on the fold out to enjoy the ocean. Late May and we were able to turn off the AC and leave the slider open with the screen. There were no sheets available to fit, so we used the Master Bedroom linens. The fold out was adequate. Cooking utensils, pots and pans were dated, making it difficult to cook local fare. The bathroom is a little dark and lacked good ventilation. The shower stall was dirty, cracked and the handles did not work properly, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature. We were fearful that water maybe leaking behind the shower tub and walls. Some type of mat or rug at the front door would cut down on the amount of sand brought in from the beach. We washed our feet and took our shoes off before entering, but still sand will always follow you at the beach.

Overall the unit was as described. The basics were clean, but an end of the season deep clean is needed. It had everything needed but an ironing board. Sunrise in the morning and a cocktail in the evening on the deck is a great way to take in an amazing view. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful time and THE VIEW was worth every penny. Short walk to Coligny Plaza restaurants (Fantastic Food) and even Piggly Wiggly. The paint and decorations in the Condo could be updated. The bed was new and very comfortable. Other than that it was wonderful. We will be making reservations for this property again. Hopefully soon.

We chose the coldest week of the year to visit Hilton Head, but although we were disappointed with the weather we had a wonderful stay. The room is just like it is pictured. The mirrors make it look bigger than it is. But we were completely satisfied. The view from the sliding glass door was amazing. Because it was so cold we stayed in more than we normally would. But we could sit on the couch and view the ocean. There were no blankets. Just sheets and a very stiff bedspread so we had to go buy one. But it was a comfortable
bed. Kitchen could have been stocked better (no pancake turner). It was quiet, tho we had people next door. Our favorite thing to do is to ride bikes on the beach and we did that despite the cold. The price was reasonable. We would definitely rent there again.

Updated furnishings and high quality mattress which added to the great experience. The balcony has a table with 2 high chairs making it easy to see the ocean over the railing and not feel the need to walk down to the beach if the weather or temp is unfavorable. Would definitely recommend and visit this particular condo again soon.

This was our first trip to HHI. Already planning our return and missing the beauty and tranquility of the beach there. Wonderful walking/biking paths for our morning runs, and to get to numerous fantastic restaurants, and local shops. If you want a place to relax, away from loud and raucous places like Myrtle Beach, this is it. No tourist traps on this island, not a lot of randy teens running hither & yon, mostly families with younger children and older settled folks. The food here is second to none, great restaurants. We've been on beaches all over the world, none compare to this one, not even close. Not even Hawaii!! We will be back, and next time our dogs are coming with us.

The room had a great view of the ocean. It was nice and cozy, but it's time for the carpet to be changed. Also, there is a vending machine that is located near the elevator that needs to be removed. I told the lady at checkout about it taking my son's money, but she did not offer to pay him the 75 cents that it took, and stated they had no control over that machine. Well, there was nobody to call, and so we feel the machine should be removed from the property as it probably is taking everyone's money and it may not even have any drinks in it,as my husband tried several options. Someone is making money from this machine!

My wife and I originally stayed at Seaside Villas in 1988. We returned June 2013 for our 25th Anniversary. Our Oceanfront, top floor condo was great. The furniture in the place was a little outdated but overall tcomfortable. We will go back again.

Compared to other units we have rented in previous years, this one was superior excellent. Our only complaint was the kitchen layout and difficulty to connect appliances (ie coffee maker, toaster, etc). One other comment was that there was lumber laying/stacked (and not used) in the driveway for the 2 weeks during which we were there. Perhaps it could have been stored under cover thereby improving the overall look to the property.

Seaside Villas is located on a beautiful stretch of beach, close enough to make it a short walk to enjoy it. While small, the unit was comfortable and neat. Could have used a bit more table room as we had both our laptops with us. Would have enjoyed it more if weather had been just a tad warmer.

The balcony was under maintenance. We did not really feel safe with lose tile and the balcony bar had been lifted up to redo the tile and was unstable and we could not get near it. Lack of cooking pots and pans.
The staff is always AWESOME and love Michael who has been there for many of the years I have stayed and previously when property was under The Adventure Inn.

Good: The oceanfront view is perfect. Everything is clean except the floor. There are enough kitchen utensils. Balcony chairs and the table are new. You can cook your meals. It is about 100 yard to the beach. Easy parking. The repair was very prompt to replace stuck sliding door blinds. It is unmanned gated community. it is worth $100 more compared to those "oceanview" units.
Bad: the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress needs replaced. The bedroom temperature is a little high due to the window AC is in another room. The elevator is at the other end of the building. Not a problem for us. Maybe for others to climb up to the 3rd floor.
