I have stayed in this unit numerous times. Unit is very nice with amazing views off the deck. May I suggest that an additional chair be added in living room since there is only a couch. Vacation Time Rental is great to work with also! Have used them for many years in making accommodations at HHI.

Villas are convenient to shopping and restaurants. Directly on the beach.Walkway to the beach like new, no steps. Grounds beautiful.

We had a fantastic 6!week stay at Seaside Villas.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking and very relaxing.
The unit is small and needs a little upgrading but we adapted. The couch and stools are not comfortable at all. The bed is very comfortable.
The kitchen is well stocked and made preparing meals easy.
The staff at Vacation Time are very patient and helpful.

Thai condo is perfect for a beach getaway. The management company was very responsive to our request. We are planning on renting this unit again for an extended period of time in 2024.

It is a great location and affordable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. In this particular unit, the shower drain was very slow to drain, so we had to shower in several inches of water. The bed is comfortable but very loud and squeaky. We could not make one arm movement without waking to the noise. The internal hallway allows for echoing of people talking and walking- it’s very loud even after the 10pm quiet period. We were also somewhat disappointed by the pool. It is very small for such a large complex, so we never could find room for us. Other than those minor annoyances, the check-in/out process was easy, the view is gorgeous, the place was clean and comfortable. I am not sure we would return, but we were pleased with our vacation. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay . However, needed to be cleaned. Sofa was very dirty, and under neath was very dirty. A tv in bedroom would have been nice !

We loved the location...Seaside Villas are on the beach, nice grilling area, close to Coligny Plaza, and beautiful bike trails. Our unit was small but cozy and perfect for the two of us!

One thing I think should be madatory with any unit......
There should be a hotel lock that can be used once you are inside. My elderly mom was there alone (she’s on a walker) when someone knocked on the door and then came in. She didn’t have time to go to door. It was the pest control man. He did leave and came back. This happened last year also.

Very nice little condo. We have stayed at seaside villas before and enjoyed our stay, but we will be looking for room 327 every time from now on. Perfect views and everything was very well put together and clean.

The villa is small, as you can see. While there is 2 bunk beds, if you have kids any bigger than a baby, this is not the place for you. It is very small in terms of sitting area and the bathroom. I would recommend this condo for a couple - it’s perfect for 2 and that’s it!

Great location. Right on the beach. Quick access to main walkways to the square. AC unit on the porch is loud and noisy. The decor is dated. Unit is small but perfect size for 2 people. The location makes up for any little thing that I might have had issues with.

Seaside Villas has been our resort of choice for 2 decades now and we always recommend it to family and friends. It is in a great location close to Harbortown, Coligny Plaza and quite a few wonderful restaurants. This unit has an excellent view and has been recently renovated. Our one complaint is the bedroom mattress which gave both my husband and me a backache for a souvenir.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villas, Hilton Head. View of Ocean was very good. Condo was clean, well equipped and quiet. Good place just to relax.

We had a wonderful time. The Villa was perfect. He are a family of 4 (2adults and 2 children) and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We can't want to return and will request to stay in this unit.

The view from the Condo was great. I think more thought should be given to the following:
We had to ask for a iron, broom, toaster. A TV would be nice in the bedroom also a rod for hangup clothes in the bedroom closet. I just happen to notice a large bowl was sitting on top of the water heater to collect water dripping from the AC system. ( I made sure the water was dumped several times a day) I told the management company about this. A small lamp in the bedroom would have been good for reading at night.

The unit has many updates. The tile floor, full size dishwasher, and central air were nice. There really should be a broom or vacuum to keep up with the sand tracked in all week. Having actual dinner plates, bowls, etc would have been nice. There are only plastic ones that are non-microwavable in the unit. Perfect size unit for a couple. It was a little cramped with a toddler.

We truly enjoyed our family vacation here. The only thing I missed was daily room service that one would get at a hotel. It was nice that we could bring our own food and was able to cook there even though we did not utilize it. If we ever go back to HHI, we will definitely stay here!

Unit was clean but not very well stocked. Pots and pans are limited, no cutting board, no beach towels or chairs, no broom so we had sand everywhere. We had trouble with the central air, it would drop down into the 50s at night! Unit is very small. Perfect for a couple, very cramped with kids.View and location are fantastic and made the stay worth it.
