We have stayed here numerous times. We love the location. We like being able to walk to the beach without having to move the car. The condo is always clean. A new white wall had replaced the mirrored wall in the bedroom. Very nice. It's great place to stay and we look forward to going back next year.

Great location and price. We enjoyed our stay here. It is a side unit but you can still see the ocean and feel relaxed sitting on the balcony. The unit has an AC unit and the temperature was great. The room was a little smaller than the one we stayed at previously, but it worked for our family of 5. Our kids are small, if you had bigger kids it may be too small. The stove is in need of being replaced or at least the burners replaced. Overall, I would recommend this unit. It was a pleasant stay.

Our condo was very nice and relaxing. The price is reasonable which is great too. Everything posted online was accurate in person. Me and my family loved how the pool was salt water instead of chlorine, something we haven’t experienced before. We weren’t too far of a walk to the eateries nearby which was nice because we prefer to walk instead of drive on nice days. The best part was how close to the beach we were. From the balcony you can see the beach is right there, a few minutes walk. I recommend seaside villas for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay.

Jimmy was awesome to deal with. Very helpful. Would have given all 5 stars however the bathroom sink clogged and the faucet needed repairing. Hot water in the shower did not work but should be fixed by now.

Top floor condo with ocean view is very clean, updated, comfortable, and quiet. Great location close to Coligny Plaza. Steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

My experience was great. The home was small, but I knew that going in but it was food for three adults especially since we spent most of our time on the balcony. The balcony does need at least two or more chairs. I was sitting in one of our beach chairs but we eventually took out one of the other chairs but returned it inside before we left. It had all the amenities in the kitchen we needed. Also, the view was awesome and the grounds crew was out everyday so the property was always clean. And the elevator was a huge plus for my dad who has a bad knee and they have a loading area and carts to lug all of your stuff up to the home. It made unpacking and packing so easy. And there was never an issue with parking with parking either. I loved it!

I love the fact that this complex is so close to most of the best food and shopping on the island. The complex is a little dated, but the condo has been updated and was great for a one bedroom unit for three nights.

The property description is 100% accurate. Great beachfront location close to Coligny Plaza, shopping, and restaurants, as well as Celebration Park. Comfortable furniture (queen bed, sofa, balcony chairs), excellent cable and internet service, very clean and updated condo. Both the AC and heating unit work very well. The buildings and property are also exceptionally well maintained. Top floor location provides direct beach and ocean views and is very quiet. The management company was outstanding and efficient during check-in and check-out, and I had no issues or problems to report during my stay. This is a great location on the island and I highly recommend this condo.

My family rented this property since I was a child, 2002-2009. Now I get the opportunity to take my family and we had a blast. The only criticism I have is towards the mattress in the bedroom. It was so hard that my wife and I had to sleep separately due to our backs hurting (we're not elderly) after one night. Other than that, it was an amazing experience and great location.

We had a great stay with our granddaughter in this condo. She slept on the sofa bed and said it was really comfy. My husband and I found the bed to be very comfy. The ac in the condo works really well which is very important to us especially at night as we like to be cool when we sleep. We really enjoyed our coffee with a view each morning. The beach and the pool were really just steps away and we enjoyed both. The location is very good as we were able to
walk to shops and restaurants via the sidewalk or the beach. If you don’t need a lot of space, you really cannot go wrong with this unit!

Relaxing. I greatly enjoyed my stay. I would have given a 5 star rating except for a couple small things. First, the couch could use an upgrade or recovering. Also the mattress on the bed felt a bit like a pull out couch mattress. Perhaps purchasing one of those extra 3 inch pads to add to it would help. Also the sheets were very thin. Next time I will bring my own. Other than that the place was nice.

Thank you for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! The owner have replaced the sofa as well as the dinette set. The owners have a platform style bedframe which offers guests more storage space for luggage. The mattress on the bed is rather thick, so adding a topper may make the mattress too thick for sheets. We hope you consider us again on your next trip to Hilton Head.

Absolutely love this place we have stayed here for years and enjoy it every time! The unit is always clean and everything in working order, especially ac which this unit has been updated old hotel ac removed and central ac installed cools the whole place!its a little small but perfect for us we love to be able to see the ocean right from the room! Will stay again next year!

We visit Hilton Head Island several times a year from middle Georgia. It has become our “go to” get away for long weekends and short stays. Vacation Time of Hilton Head makes it very easy, because they always have a good place close to the plaza, which is where we like to stay. And it’s very easy to book with them. There are always other options such as VRBO or other Realty companies, but they have treated us so well, that we feel a certain security in renting through them. They don’t know us, but we really feel like they are family friends. The rooms are always dependable and consistent. Thanks!!!!!!!!
