Very walkable location to shops and restaurants. Most condos have a view of the ocean and it's beautiful! There is bike rental close by as well. We will stay here again

All in all we had a nice time at the Seaside Villa 360. As previous reviews have stated they do need a new set of pots and pans, a decent size skillet, silverware, and wine glasses. Other than that everything was great.

We stayed in unit 360. We will be back.....However, we will not stay in the same unit. The unit lacked basic kitchen needs and was not updated. It may sound silly, but there was not ottoman, its nice to have something to sit your food and refreshments on while relaxing. It also sounds silly, but, we had to go and buy toilet paper and trash bags. Yes, theses are all first-world problems, but we love Sea Side Villas.

Beautiful time to vacation in Hilton Head!
Lots of bike riding, beach, and seafood!
Our VRBO rental was nice, very clean and a great view of the ocean��

This rental has a sweet location! Close to the beach, to Coligney Plaza Shopping Center, to good restaurants and bars, to bicycle rentals, bike paths with a nice view of the ocean. However it is very small. Small bedroom, bath and living/kitchen area. The hallway bunks would work for small children but they have no safety rail on them. The pullout bed in the living room is the only place to sit other than the wooden dining table chairs. If the bed is in use, it would take up most of the floor space of the living area. Wonderful for two adults or a close group of four adults as there would be very little privacy. (Only one small bathroom.) If you plan on using the bunks, bring your own bed rails for the beds which are very narrow and high off the tiled floor. The kitchen had everything we needed but we did not do much cooking. We (husband and wife) would stay here again as the location was sweet!!!

Such a cute little condo with a lovely view. The management company was great and worked with me when I had an issue. They also helped me when I messed up the TV by using the wrong remote. It would have been nice if the condo had some beach chairs, although I ended up having to leave mine there. It could also use some better pots for cooking. I would stay there again. The location was great right on the beach. You could walk to many stores and restaurants and the bike path was right across the street.

Great location! Small but functional especially for a couple. Hallway bunks are NOT twin size but much smaller so would be difficult for adult or older child. Clean and had everything we needed. Pool nice and well kept. We’ll be back!

Room needed a better air conditioning unit. Could not cool back to the main bedroom area during hot temperature. All else was great.

The location was great and the view was beautiful. The condo was on the smaller side but fit our family of three perfect. It was quick easy walk to the beach each day.

We love coming to Sea Side villas. This villa had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. Only draw back was it could have used a ice maker in the fridge. Over all we had a wonderful stay!!! We will be staying there again.

It was a nice place for the price, but I didn't really like how far the walk was from the beach back to the condo when you need to use the restroom, felt like .5 mile (from the secluded spot you found on the beach) and .5 back. Got great exercise! Also, the Master Bedroom being next to the door/hallway isn't as fun as having a view from your bedroom. The air was really only cold in the living room since that's where the a/c unit was. It was difficult keeping the master cooled off. There's only one elevator and it runs super slow, just take the stairs. We sure did for 3 flights every time. These were my only bad thoughts. Overall, it was a fun getaway, the place was clean and nice.

Thank you for your thoughts. Not sure where you set up on the beach, in order to be secluded, but the beach is less than 100 yards from the building and can be viewed from every unit in the complex. There aren't too many places on the island that are going to get you much closer than that. We're glad you had fun and that you found the unit nice and clean. Thanks again,

When I arrived I was immediately taken away of how the rooms overlooked the ocean. The room was exceptionally laid out that there was no need to come out of it only if you wanted to! Very clean and with ample supply of the essentials. My only regret was when my trip came to an end.

We enjoyed staying at Sea Side Villas. It was nice to stay at a place that was gated, with a security guard at all times. The distance to the beach was so close and perfect for our family! We could see the ocean from our balcony. We were satisfied with our villa with a few exceptions: 1> The couch felt a bit dirty, so we ended up placing a sheet over it that we brought with us 2> The bathroom sink kept clogging 3> The closet door in the bedroom would not open all of the way because the dresser was in the way. It would have been nice to been able to use the closet, we weren't really able to get use out of it.

Other than those things, we would stay there again.

we really enjoyed our visit to seaside... would like to have a door between the l/rm/ bedrooms as we have tv issues.mattress on queen bed in bedroom ... too soft... a/c worked well. no icemaker, but we didnt stay too long... beautiful view.. there were elevator problems when we were there... i'd ask if they were fixed, if it was me.... very clean....enjoyed

My family has been vacationing at HHI for many years. It is our favorite beach vacation! The condo was great. Good location and right at the beach. Plan to stay at the sea side villas again!
