We had a very enjoyable vacation. The location was perfect. Could see the ocean from our deck. The property as very clean and well-maintained. The management company was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed eating at Reilly's, Hinchey's and Brittish Open Pub. the only negative was the property is a bit noisy, due to the fact they are always busy keeping the property so nice lol

It was a beautiful location with an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is a perfect size for a couple to enjoy. Our only problem was with the bedroom being very tight to move around in. Other than that we had a great week.

This unit gave us access to a beautiful beach and we were able to view and hear the ocean from the deck. The unit itself is quite small and it’s age is starting to show. It worked for us for a short visit but any more people in it would have been very difficult.

e stayed here from early Jan to mid-February and loved it. The view is fantastic. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We enjoy staying near Coligny and walking into town and along the beach, and this condo is perfectly located for both. The grounds are safe and well maintained. Too cold for the pool but it looked nice. The sun deck is a nice touch, very relaxing. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from the bad weather in the north. The Vacation Time people are always very nice and helpful.

We had a great stay at Seaside Villas. The unit was comfortable for two and, while it is dated, it was quite functional for our needs. A wifi issue at check in was instantly resolved by the property management company. The unit could use a deep clean - Windows, baseboards etc.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Vacation Time was able to accomodate my crazed schedule and hurricane Dorian... The Seaside Villa that I rented was perfect - just enough space for getting away to the beach. Easy access to the beach and what a great view of the ocean.

The unit was very nice however the service we received from the rental agency was disappointing. Upon leaving, my son realized he'd left a nice pair of polo shorts. I emailed the rental agency twice to request they be sent to us. Neither email was acknowledged. I won't book through them again.

Thank you for your review. May I ask what email address you used or to whom you addressed your emials? We generally answer all emails and we return hundreds of items left behind by our guests every year. Would have been happy to go look and return them to you had you just given us a call on our 800 phone number. They may have even been turned into us by the housekeeper.
