We loved our stay at Seaside Villa! Vacation Time Rentals was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Seaside Villa was conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Square & just footsteps from the beach. Watching sunrises from our balcony was amazing!
We were extremely impressed by our unit- it was immaculate & the layout maximized every inch of space- pictures & descriptions were spot on. It was obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into the renovation & considered comfort a priority for guests.

We'd return here again and again. Every villa has a view of the ocean, pretty slick. This particular unit was newly renovated, and clean as a whistle. We basically had the entire island to ourselves because it was off season!
The only issue we had during our stay was that the WiFi would constantly kick us off, and tell us that the hotspot was full or somehow at capacity. This tells us that the WiFi hotspot is being shared, which really sucked.- Bryan M. from Charlotte, Posted: 11/28/2024

The condo looks exactly like the pictures! Brand new renovation and it’s gorgeous! No complaints about the unit!! Beautiful location, pool and easy access to the beach.
My only recommendation would be the AC unit had not been turned on so when we arrived it was 89 in the unit and hot!! Took a couple of hours to cool down.
A guide in the condo would also be a guest recommendation! Information on pool codes/gate access/wifi/ washer dryers etc! A paper was given at check in however- very easy to lose. We have used Vacation Time multiple times for our vacations and as always, this trip did not disappoint. Our unit 366, was gorgeous and had tons of storage. The view was spectacular! Vacation Time always makes check in and out extremely smooth and has someone on hand to answer any questions I may have. We were extremely happy with our stay and accommodations.
