Seaside Villa 370

Great week at Hilton Head
Seaside 370 was just as shown in pics and as described. It was a bit small (we knew size when we rented) but worked well for just two of us. The location was fabulous. We spent many early mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the wonderful view of the ocean and deer feeding near the dunes. Unit was clean upon arrival and well supplied. Luggage carts were available to bring luggage and groceries up. It would be so nice to have a stackable washer and dryer in unit. This is our 2nd time renting a unit from VTHHI. We have been very pleased both times.

We found the peaceful retreat we hoped for in our off-season stay! We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean view and the antics of the folks on the beach. What surprised us was the wildlife. I was awestruck by the 25-30 pelicans flying along the crest of the waves early one morning. 13 pelicans flew in formation at balcony level twice one afternoon. And 2 deer appeared each evening to feast on the tender shoots of the bushes beneath us. The Coligny plaza nearby had all the shopping we needed. This unit is well-equipped for every need, and Vacation Time was quick to respond to our one call for help with the shower drain. The resort has an elevator and luggage carts - so it is senior-friendly! AND, the under-building parking is free and un-assigned. The Skillets Cafe and Grille (in the plaza) was excellent, and the Crazy Crab shrimp boil was our highlight meal. (Visit Billy's Beach Club in the plaza for beach wear!)

I stayed in villa #370 for three nights in November and it was an incredible stay. The property is quiet and well kept. This is my second visit to this unit and it is always a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this unit but for any other reason the oceanfront view is simply breathtaking. Book this unit today. You will not be disappointed.

Good experience overall. One issue... no wifi. Was told it would be fixed next day, was not rectified until July 12, which I was given next door condos wifi password. Why couldn’t we have done this o the arrival day? I felt after paying premium price $1800/week...no negative issues should have been experienced.

We have been travelling to Hilton Head for 9 yrs,, 13 times,, twice in one yr 4 X.. never disappointed. Taking into account it's not your home and utensils may not be what your used to,, big deal.. A "big" disappointment was that the elevator was not working for the entire 3 weeks we were there and my wife had both hips replaced within the last year, which made taking the stairs was pretty difficult for her.. but managed. I would strongly recommend booking through VACATION TIME, where ever you choose on HH,, they are terrific..

We have rented this unit several times. Every time we enjoy our stay. The unit was clean. The air unit kept the condo comfortably cool and we enjoyed our time there. The only recommendation is that the beach chairs and umbrella need to be updated they were in rough shape. Overall everything was great!

Loved the view but not sure about climbing the stairs to see it. Need elevators. Furnishing was nice and the property management was very professional. Had to call about clean towels when dirty ones where left in closet and the cleaning company was very prompt in getting to the condo. Yes would recommend property.

We have stayed in 370 Seaside Viila several times and as always, the condo is accurate to the description provided! In the past, we have visited in August. This year we visited in September. We both found the fall on Hilton Head to be lovely. We are never disappointed with condo 370. This year, there were some wonderful additions. The new king bed was a dream. Very comfortable, resulting in a good night's sleep, over our 11 day stay. Easily accessible new door to the always fantastic shower!! And a new couch in the living room. The condo is always clean and tidy upon our arrival. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. A view from the balcony, over looking the beach and ocean, beyond compare. We rented bikes, using the discount, supplied by the condo owner, and biked every morning and evening. Great therapy for my brand new hip! The condo is located close to restaurants, movie theatres, shops, grocery stores....everything you could possibly need or want. All of which we enjoyed. The owners, Barb and John are a delight to deal with. They are always just a call or email away! We would definitely recommend the condo to family and friends. The hardest part is leaving this paradise. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Barb and John for another restful, peaceful and relaxing vacation. Rick and I had a wonderful time!

We had a great week at Hilton head. The weather was perfect. The condo was gorgeous. It was very clean. The ac unit worked great. The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved having wifi, and two tvs. The kids could watch something in the living room while we watched a movie in the bedroom. I loved the shower. Wish I had one just like it at home!!! The granite counter tops were beautiful. We will definitely be back next year.

I really enjoyed our stay at Sea Side Villa 370! I found the villa to be clean, comfortable, and the view was stunning! Lots of nature and ocean, with tall Pines, lovely! I was impressed with the sofa and recliner, both well made and relaxing. The bed is huge and wonderful to sleep in! The owners have really made the most of the space and it was perfect for my husband and I. The central ac works great and there was plenty of hot water with very good pressure. Shower is very nice. We walked to Coligny Plaza every day, and also really enjoyed the week's membership to the gym, that the owner's provided. The area around the villas is so natural and truly beautiful! What a peaceful Island!

This condo is the envy of the complex as it is one of only 6 top floor units with an ocean view. The walk to the beach is very short. We also enjoyed the secured gated lot and covered parking. The unit is ideal for a couple. All the amenities of the condo are nice and clean. We loved our stay.

This is a wonderful villa with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of room and the central air kept the whole condo cool. My husband and I look for a king size bed and central air because we have two young children and it seems we never have enough room and and the room can never be cool enough. Very enjoyable to be able to stay in a clean unit as unit 370. Being able to park your car in a shelter and walk or ride bicycle wherever you wish to go was great. The beach was also very nice to walk on. Loved our trip.

This was our third time back at Seaside Villas #370. It was awesome as usual! The owners are charming to work with, the house is clean and it is decorated exactly as pictured. There is no better place for us to stay! The only suggestion would be that the owners consider replacing the bed. This condo is always rented and the bed is starting to "feel" the use. This was our first time using VRBO and we could not be more impressed. The vacation rental agency was so friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and perfect for a couple. The building was older but in great condition, clean and quiet. As this was our first trip to Hilton Head, Barbara sent us a HUGE list of restaurants to try, which was great! As expected, the condo was clean and well appointed. The bikes that had been included originally were in poor shape and the owners were kind enough to assist with the rental of replacement bikes. Great view from the balcony overlooking the sea. Generally quite quiet. Only problem really is the bathroom sink takes forever to drain.
Other issue for us is the value of the Canadian dollar. Essentially we have to pay 25% more in our currency to enjoy the facility. Can't do much about that though.
Bed could use a new mattress.

This was our second summer visit at Seaside Villa #370. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and certainly feels like home. The location is perfect, a short walk to Coligny Plaza and a quick drive to many amenities ( shops, wide variety of restaurants, Sea Pines, Habourtown, Fresh Market, Belks, to name a few ).The view from the condo, which faces the ocean, is spectacular!! Many mornings and evenings were spent viewing gorgeous sun rises and sun sets. Another wonderful vacation at Seaside Villas!

We enjoyed every moment of the stay in the well appointed condo. The decor was soothing and the condo offered every convenience we needed for the week. We delighted in our own "private" ocean front dining on the balcony with fresh local fish purchased at the local grocery. The two bicycles, beach umbrella and chairs were a great bonus. We quickly developed a routine of riding the bikes to the health club every morning after our coffee on the beach. We can't wait till our next trip to "Seaside Villa 370".

August was our second visit to Hilton Head. I didn't think it could surpass our first, last Christmas, but it certainly did! Condo 370 was beautiful with its island theme decor was exactly as pictured. It was so warm, welcoming and comfortable, it became our home away from home for a few weeks. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen was better equipped than our own!.The bedroom was large with plenty of drawers and closets for storage. And the shower, the fantastic shower.... after long, hot days, the huge shower was so refreshing and relaxing. The central air kept the condo cool and the hceiling fans circulated the air throughout. As lovely as the inside was, the balcony was spectacular! Watching the sun rise and set, dolphins swimming by, pelicans flying by, bunnies nibbling the grass below, the sights and sounds of the beach, the water, the tides..... glorious!! Many an early morning and late evening were enjoyed on the picture perfect balcony. The condo is wonderfully situated, a short walk to Coligny Plaza with its restaurants, shops, ice cream parlour, a cinema and so much more. The condo is a quick drive to Sea Pines and Harbour Town, Fresh Market ( I'd love them in Canada! ), golf, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed, and a huge variety of restaurants. We tried several new ones this trip, you are spoiled for choice. The owners are extremely helpful. We had a small issue with the television in the living room. I emailed Barb and within an hour, she called the condo to offer help. The problem was solved in an instant! The third time being a charm, we are hoping to pay our third visit to Hilton Head before the year is over. Rick and I felt our holiday was one of the best we have ever shared due to the condo and the piece of paradise called Hilton Head island! We would highly recommend Barb and John's property to family and friends.

Everything was great. I would choose 1st or 2nd floor not the 3rd for full ocean view. Too many stairs and too far away from only elevator especially when carrying items to and from the beach.

My family was overjoyed with our location and our room in general. Prime location for everything on HHI. Enjoyed the bikes and view the most and the staff was very friendly. My wife required a wheelchair and we had no problems even being on the 3rd floor. The elevator at the front of the building was a great benefit to us. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We like to go to a different place on each vacation, but I see us coming back in the near future. Thanks for a great time!!

The condo had great furnishings and had recently been updated. The oceanfront view was great and location is close to Coligny for shopping and dining. I felt safe because of the gates and safety patrol we saw on site. Only complaints would be need more towels/wash cloths for a week stay and it's not close to the elevator (if that is a need for people). Also, room wasn't ready at check-in time so we had to wait for it to be cleaned. But it was very clean and neat when we arrived, which was great. Overall a good experience and would stay at this lcoation again and book through same company.

The remote in the living room had to be replaced.( it took 3 days) At times the AC leaked in the LR. One of the bikes that was provided with the room had the chain off. Since the bedroom is large enough, the bed should be replaced with a King. Overall the stay was pretty good. PS the ac unit has had that problem before from the look of where water had spilled before.

Great place, excellent view. The only complaint is that we had an awful time with the supplied can openers. They were all rusted and made a 10 second task into an ordeal. Perhaps a new manual one would be in order. Other than that, being right there at the beach was great. You can beat the 90 second walk that it takes to get there!

We have stayed in Seaside Villas for many years, this years villa being the best. Not only because it was ocean front, but it had everything as described. We were short two wash clothes which was trivial, but received them immediately in our villa upon
request. The villa was beautiful and accommodating in every way. The kitchen had several small appliances, there were flashlights and buckets for crabbing. Everything and more than you would need. We had the opportunity to meet John, and he was very kind and
generous. We had always rented by owner, but going through an agency was well worth it. We definitely plan to take advantage of Barb and John's villa again. Thanks so much!
