We had a great stay at the Xandu!! It’s a great location, it was very clean, beautifully decorated and we loved the pool area! Also the grounds were very nice! We will definitely stay there again!!

We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for almost 20 years and this was our first stay at Xanadu Villas. Check in staff were very pleasant, the unit was clean upon arrival and the kitchen was stocked with lots of useful items. We were very pleased with the unit and all of the amneties offered - The beach chairs, beach wagon and toys were all an added plus that made our stay that much better. The walk to the ocean was very doable, even with small children. I liked having two balconies where we could drink our morning coffee or just hang out in the evenings. I highly recommend Xanadu Villas and will more than likely choose staying there in the future.

Although we don't control the weather, our stay in Villa B5 of Xanadu Villas was enjoyable as the villa description and its location were exactly as described. The villa was comfortable will all of the amenities mentioned in its description. The Kitchen was very well equipped with many hand appliances. It is well situated in the building with only one flight of stairs required to access it. [ or take the elevator if required] A Laundry room was available on the same floor which was handy since we were 8 persons. Beds were comfortable. Having the two exposures [east facing for the morning sun and west facing for the evening sun] was great. All elements of the villa were operational and we had no issues during our stay.

The rental unit was very spacious, clean and in a good location on South Forest Beach. The main lanai has a pretty view of palm trees and water in a private wooded area. Kitchen was upgraded and fully equipped with functional newer appliances. There is a very large screen TV in the living room, and appropriately sized TVs in each bedroom. Lots of clean towels and starter supplies included. It has central AC/heat that works very well. One feature we especially liked was the numerous coat/bathing suit hooks on one wall, which made it easy to hang up these items - this feature is rare in our experience. Areas needing attention: the nonstick frying pans are all worn out (we bought a new one and left it); the master shower e very happy with our interactions with Vacation Time staff - very friendly and helpful people!needs more light; the main bathtub is super slippery (we bought a bath mat). These were all minor things that were not detrimental to our stay. We’re very thankful to the owners for opening up their property to us. Thank you!

EVERYTHING was perfect from check in to departure. We absolutely loved our stay in Villa B5. It made our first vacation since Covid perfect!! We loved the location and had a great time while there! Other than only one dish towel and one dish cloth...PERFECT. We would definitely return!! Thanks for everything. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed both balconies. Landscaping was beautiful. Pool very clean. My son's friend that was stationed in Georgia was able to visit for the day and my parents (in their mid 70's) were able to access everything on the property.

1st Time to Hilton Head
This is in such a great location for doing all kinds of things. So easy to get around the island, and a quick walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach. A great living space, same floor laundry was a joy...When you come, be sure to explore the island, and not just what you can see, there are many hidden gems here!

Girls Trip
I cant say enough about our wonderful trip celebrating 4 generations of women. This was the perfect condo with an amazing spacious layout. Perfect access to pool and the beach that my elderly mother was able to get to both !! We most loved that we were so close to Coligny to have our evening stroll.

Condo Review
This place was clean with plenty of space. It had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. The two tennis courts at the back of the property were great to have and they were available the entire week. Access to the beach was just right across the street and Coligny shopping plaza was just a couple of blocks away.

Beach Trip
Very easy walk to the beach. Right across the street is a neighborhood access, and the provided wagon made it so easy to take our own cooler and the owners' beach chairs and sand toys down to the ocean. Everything is within walking distance, plus parking was a breeze. Condo is roomy and clean with plenty of dishes and cookware to eat meals in. We had breakfast and lunch there daily. The patio overlooking the moat is comfortable and very nice for morning coffees. (Keurig in the kitchen. Bring your own K cups.) The pool is right behind the condo - super easy to get to. Shared, large-capacity coin laundry is on the same floor as the condo. $1 per wash and $1 per dry. Highly recommended HHI condo.
