Totally Renovated!! This 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 and ½ bath villa has an upgraded kitchen which offers stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. The spacious living room is newly furnished and looks out on a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. There are new tile floors throughout the villa.
The master has their own private balcony and a shorter balcony is also off the kitchen area. The master bedroom is furnished with a new king size bed and has its own private balcony. The master bathroom has been remodeled to include a state of the art walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a large dresser, nightstand and a flat panel TV. The third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds along with a twin size bed. Both of these rooms may share 2 bathrooms, a large full bath and a large 1/2 bath. All of the beds have new mattresses (2021).
Xanadu Villas is an ocean-oriented complex with beautiful manicured landscaping and is close walking distance to the beach, Coligny Plaza and the new Celebration Park.

Great Location!
What a wonderful place. The villa was spacious and close to everything. The kids loved riding bikes to the pirate ship as well as local restaurants.
