Wanted to rent it next year, but someone rented it on line before we spoke for it

We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was just perfect for my family. I loved how the three bedrooms and baths were set up. The living room tv was was plenty large enough for all to see. We loved the furniture especially the yellow swivel rocking chairs. They were came in handy for rocking our grandbaby! The laundry was just outside the door in the foyer. We brought quarters so it was very convenient to use. The location was across the street from the beach. I wish the path was wider and shorter. My only suggestion would be to get some rugs for the bathrooms, hallway, and kitchen. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Extended weekend stay for family of 6. Plenty of room and amities.
Very nice decor and furnishings.
Would highly recommend.

The condo was great! We would stay there again. Loved the large size and everything was so nice. We enjoyed being close to Coligny.
The large kitchen was perfect for our large group as we did cook breakfast and made lunches each day. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and the condo was great for nap time that the bedrooms were down the hall away from the main living area. With the 2 toddlers the walk to the beach was a bit long but wasn’t terrible. We brought an extra wagon that the toddlers rode in when we went to the beach.

Great condo and a perfect location! Short walk across the street to the beach and short walk to the shuttle to the golf tournament. Condo was very nice and well stocked!

This is a solid condo unit that has been completely remodeled and in excellent shape. We enjoyed the fact that it had a pool, was directly across the street from a beach access path and conveniently located to shopping at Coligny Plaza. The management company did a great job of calling on check-in day to provide the after hour check-in instructions. Other than a few minor tweaks that could be made to items in the unit (listed in VRBO review), we really enjoyed this property.

The property was a great fit for us! The space was well laid out for 6 adults. Inside was completely renovated and beautiful. Location was great for a short bike ride or walk to Cologne as well as a beach access a short walk across the road that was not too crowded. Parking was excellent. Great location, well priced, and fit our needs well. Only down side was pool area was small and pool was way too hot. If you’re going for the pool experience this would not be a good fit... but if you are a beach goer and like to get out it was perfect! Place was cleaned well on arrival with the exception of sand on the couch area. As well as the shower was clogged. Response from the rental company was excellent. They have both issues taken care of within the hour!!
