Perfect Stay!
We visit HHI every October and this place was in the best location yet! It’s across the street from the beach and so close to the fun Tiki Hut and Coligny Circle. The pool is directly outside the back door which was great. The place is super clean and spacious. The host, Marianna, was extremely accommodating as well.. the best!! I will definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to booking again in the future!

Great place to stay!
This was the perfect place to stay. This is our third time staying here. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and kitchen was great to cook meals for the family. The pool is right outside off the deck. The beach is a short walk away and very convenient. We will definitely continue rebooking the next time we visit.

Spacious& convenient!
The condo was very spacious for our group! The pool located right out the doors made for a pretty view at night! We loved the private beach across the road that’s just a short walk. Marianna was very helpful with things to do since durning our visit it was cold and rainy! Would definitely recommend the property.

The villa was great! Clean and spacious and description as described on the site. Communication was top notch! The pool was not heated, I’m sure it said that in the description but I missed that. It’s right outside the back door. Our walk to the beach took about 7 to 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend staying!

Welcoming Stay
Marianna was a wonderful host and very communicative leading up to and throughout the stay. Her unit is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a great getaway. The pool is located right off of the back deck and the beach and restaurants are a short walk down the block. Start your vacation off right by staying here!

Perfect HHI condo
This condo was perfect! It was very clean. Had everything we need! The beds were comfortable. We LOVED having the pool right outside the door. Short walk to the beach. Owner was super quick to respond to a few questions and was very helpful overall. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay!
We have stayed in this condo for several years and it's always clean and well taken care of! It has all the necessary items for a great week at the beach! There is a closet with beach chairs and a wagon, a large deck that has a great view of the pool, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes in the kitchen. We noticed fresh paint this year on our trip and some beautiful new decor! We will definitely be back!

The villa
We absolutely loved this villa! It was clean and homey. The beds were very comfortable. It is close to the beach and the pool was right out the back door. Our 22 month old grandson loved the freedom of being able to go out on the deck and play with his toys without us actually having to hover over him. We could see him from the living room. The villa is close to the children’s museum, the park, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back to this villa!

Very nice, clean and decorated. The drawback was no bathroom on the first floor. Hard to climb those stairs so many time.

Gorgeous villa!
This villa is amazing! It’s got all the comforts of home and then some. The views are beautiful and the pool is right outside. Beach is very close by as well. The owner is so very nice and very accommodating to your needs.. I would come back again and again!!

I had an incredible experience with my family, Seascape Villa 3065 is very clean, spacious and so close to the beach. I enjoyed the villa because of the superb neatness of sheets, towels, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, we enjoyed barbecuing and watching the kids enjoy the swimming pool. We are planning on going back for more. We have no complaints about Villa 3065.

Lots of Room, Had Everything We Needed
This is an awesome villa. It was clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and close to everything! Owner was awesome and easy to communicate with! Beach access, restrooms, and cabana just across the street. Walking/biking trails throughout complex! Super relaxing place to vacation! Had a great time and look forward to our next trip!

Beach House

Perfect relaxing getaway
We needed a relaxing beach vacation to get away from the city. The house was beautiful, the beach was across the street and there was a pool in the complex for our kids to play in. Will definitely be staying here again.

Winter Getaway
This villa was amazing! Spotlessly clean and I loved the tropical, fun feel of the furnishings. It was amazing to be right across from the beach and have a pool as my backyard. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. TEN OUT OF TEN STARS!

Absolutely perfect vacation spot
My family and I stayed at this immaculate and beautifully furnished villa. The location was absolutely perfect with a view of the pool and an easy walk to the beach and stores. We have vacationed at Hilton Head over the past 25 years and this was one of our best vacations. You can't beat the cost, location and amenities! We have already reserved a week next year!!

Clean and Spacious
We just visited last week and I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. All of the beds are very comfortable with beautiful linens and it truly turned out to be a wonderful, restful retreat. The location is perfect: across the street from the beach, very close to Caligny Plaza, shops, restaurants, etc. Our teenagers had a great time exploring the beach; I also broke my foot a few weeks ago and had no issues walking around. We absolutely enjoyed visiting and recommend you stay here.

Villa as clean and well appointed as the pics show!
Firstly the location is literally across the street from the ocean. The kids (who each invited a friend) spent parts of each day on the beach and in the water. We also rented bikes for the week and rode to Coligny Beach Plaza for fun every day. I hardly drove the car at all. Secondly although the actual development is slightly older than others all the buildings have been recently painted this year and the pools were clean inside and out.The interior space was also as clean as the pics showed. The owners obviously use a reliable cleaning company. The back deck overlooked the pool so we could watch the kids and their friends while we relaxed.The 3 bedrooms are well appointed and there is lots of room throughout so everyone had plenty of space.The Master Bedroom has a nice private balcony for mom and me to get away.Lastly although the weather was seasonally warm we never really had the daily afternoon T-storm. We already decided to take another week later this year in November or December.

Hilton Head getaway
Loved this unit. It had everything we needed and was nicely furnished and updated. There was plenty of room for our entire family with lots of privacy for everyone.The owner definitely takes pride in their property. It was literally steps from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
