A short walk from the beach, and nestled along the road way of Deallyon Avenue is the community of Courtside Villas. This 120 villa complex has a lagoon view and pool centrally located in the courtyard. Along with this the villas of 1-48 Courtside share a pool with the community of Island House which is located in the courtyard area behind those villas. All owners and guests also have the option of using the Van DeMeer tennis facilities located just next door. Please note access to this facility is by scheduled appointment only.
