Ocean Breeze Villa 7007

Great little place to stay at that's close to the beach as well as Coligny. A few things could be upgraded like the washing machine, but overall it was a great stay.

Excellent condo, with scores of amenities and super location! We stayed at 7007 Ocean Breeze for 2 weeks and loved walking or bike riding to the beach for morning sunrises, relaxing with extensive tv and movie channels, cooking in the full kitchen - with so many appliances and gadgets that made it seem like home.
The unit has a very open feel, making it seem very spacious and easy to entertain friends.
We look forward to coming back to 7007 Ocean Breeze!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze Villa 7007. It met our needs perfectly and the location within the complex as well as proximity to the beach and bike trails was great! The kitchen was well stocked except for a shortage of glassware and wine glasses, however a quick inquiry at the management office and we were supplied with everything we needed. Stephanie was extremely helpful and corresponded with us as needed regarding any impact we may have regarding villa/complex maintenance during our stay. We enjoyed many bike rides, time at the beach(nice to have a patio umbrella, chairs and wagon supplied at the villa for our use), Escape Room experience one night as well as a round of mini golf. There is so much to do within a short drive or bike ride of the Villa, we were never without options of how to spend our time. Overall we found Hilton Head to be a very welcoming and friendly place to spend time....we will be back!

We recently visited Hilton Head and enjoyed our stay. The people who arranged our stay were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our rental was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the tennis courts right outside the unit and walking the grounds. We were also appreciative that we could bring our dog. The location a couple of blocks from the beach was ideal, and close to many great restaurants as well. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable but fine for a short stay. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. We would certainly stay at this location again.

I loved the unit location the amenities

I would make two recommendations, replace patio furniture
And the interior sidewalks of the community should be addressed
The concrete is an extremely poor condition

Other than that, I love the place

Not a lot of storage space for food and drinks in the kitchen. Carpets need a good cleaning. Villa in good condition overall. Stayed 4 nights and would have been happy to stay longer.

Very good location to the beach. I would recommend putting some type of sticky strips on the outside steps of the condo, both front and back. When it rains, they become very slippery. The overall experience was very good and we would stay at this location again. I would recommend upgrading the microwave (it did not work) and checking the smoke alarm batteries (we had to replace one).

The condo was exactly as described - very clean and we had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located to the beach, pools, shops and restaurants. If back to Hilton Head, I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great location.
We’ll equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and for the beach.
Great floor plan for two couples with two master suites, one upstairs and the other downstairs.
