This quite ocean front gem of a condo is a wonderful place to relax. This comfy, homey condo is perfectly adorably, and the location is perfect. I have stayed here 3 years in a row and have already reserved unit for next year.

Unit 420 was just amazing. It was the perfect fit for 2 people. The unit was very clean and it had a wonderful clean smell upon arrival. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had every breakfast and lunch out there. The unit was well equipped except there was no potato masher. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for us! The view from the balcony and the easy beach access was perfect. The amenities were also very good. The only issue we had was there is a VERY soft spot in the floor of the balcony. We reported this to the rental agency upon departure.

A delight. Ocean in full view, pool warm and inviting.
Enjoyed the Lantern Parade one evening on the beach.
As always the staff was amazing, they are one of the reasons I book here.
My request would be for a new mattress, all else very nice.

Great facilities for our multi-family stay. Each family could choose what size condo they needed. Each of condos were nice, clean and comfortable. Would go there again!

the condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, which is what we were looking for. I will note that for the first time we rented at the beach, there were no beach towels in the condo, be sure to bring you own.
also, there is no central a/c but in-the-wall units worked fine.

It's always a peaceful and recharging time on the Island o Hilton Head. Vacation Time of Hilton Head has been our go-to place to find our vacation property. Ocean Dunes is the best place we've found on the island due to the location, the lovely unit and the value.

This wonderful villa was very well equipped, clean, well appointed, quiet, and had a great view of the ocean. Evenings on the balcony were a joy. Highly recommended. Also, we love the staff at Vacation Time of Hilton Head. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always a treat to deal with.

The condo is as shown in the pictures. Very nice remodel. Could have been cleaned a tad bit better but the unit is excellent. Getting the keys from Vacation Time was easy since it's right across the street. We thought the location was perfect. It is far enough away from Coligny Circle so the beach wasn't too crazy but close enough to walk to the shops/restaurants. Although I recommend renting a bicycle while there if you are able to ride. The building is well maintained, has an elevator and laundry rooms on each floor that are reasonably priced. Didn't use the pool but it is very nice. Only negative was the air condition units are loud. Especially in the bedroom. So if a light sleeper bring earplugs. I recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We have been using Ocean Dunes since 2013. We come twice a year, to unwind and decompress. We call it “our happy place”. We keep adding time to our visits because we love being in Hilton Head. Renting from Vacation Time gives us the comfortable and peaceful spot for what we need. The employees are friendly and very helpful if or when you need something. We are always sad to say good bye, and as soon as we get home we start the count down for our return.

Overall wonderful experience. The condo is beautifully furnished and was ready for us when we arrived. Good supply of the things we forget to pack (dish soap, kitchen towels, etc.) so we didn't need to run right to the store. The view is fantastic. Very peaceful and relaxing trip. suggestion: add some hooks to the bathroom door for robes, etc.

we loved our stay @ OC-the only issues was all the noise generated by the construction crew at the Hilton Grand Vacation-their hydraulic lifts constantly beeped as they moved workers-it drove us crazy!!

This is our second stay in this property during 2018. We love the upgrades and always enjoy the oceanfront view and experience. The unit was clean and well-appointed with every need and expectation met. We love biking in Sea Pines and sailing on the Stars and Stripes. A few of our favorite restaurants are Skull Creek Boathouse, Mangiamos's Pizza, Charlie's L'etoile Verte, CQ's, and the Hilton Head Diner We will be returning next year.

This is our 3rd trip to Hilton Head and our 3rd time staying in an Ocean Dunes Villa. This trip we stayed in 420. Very clean and a great view. We arrived around 5:15 and the office staff was very efficient to get us to our villa in a timely manner. I’m not sure I ever want to try another villa. We love ocean dunes so much.

Excellent accommodations very clean and new very peaceful great place to stay. Everyone at Vacation Time of Hilton Head provides excellent service and I will be going through them again and probably from now on this is my second time working through them. My only complaint was with the maintenance technician who graciously warned me when I pulled up to unload and parked in the fire lane that if someone saw me there they would give me a $250 ticket. That would be very nice of him except that it appeared the only reason he warned me was because I was in the spot he wanted to park in because as he warned me he pulled up and parked in the handicapped spot. As the days went on that we stay there I saw him come back several times and park in the fire lane I even took a picture of his truck sitting there. So anybody that goes there should be for warm and don't park in the maintenance parking area Ha ha ha. But I will never hold it against him to rent there again what a wonderful place .

We look forward to our time in Hilton Head every spring and fall. This condo is perfect for us. Newly decorated, clean, and convenient. We love being on the fourth floor. The view from the balcony is great. We are comfortable and cozy. Always sad to leave.

This was a great stay at a lovely condo. The view was fantastic and the condo was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again. Two notes-one, condo needs some more hooks in the hallway for towels and a towel ring in the bathroom. Two-would be nice if kitchen had a large pan for pizza and a pizza cutter!

For the last 20+ years we've been vacationing on Hilton head island. Our best times have been at Ocean Dunes Villas where we can walk directly from the building to the beach. The units are lovely and supply all the amenities we need as well as being located in a great section of the island. We love Hilton Head and always enjoy the care that the staff of Vacation Time gives us.

The room and any person we had to talk to were wonderful. This was the 4th year to return here and love it.
This year it was not good weather so it wasn't as much fun and the construction was very noisy.
But we had a great time and will be back next year.

The unit we rented was great. Very clean, well decorated and had a great view of the ocean. We would definitely come back again. The only things lacking were a oven proof baking dish, and a large nonstick fry pan.

This was our first time in this unit and we were overjoyed by the newness of it all. Fresh paint, new furniture, lovely neutral colors, great comfy bed. I loved the dishes. This unit has a table and lamps on both sides of the bed a real treat for us "reading in bed at night" people. Great job in renovating. We. Made reservations for next year and can hardly wait. A small suggestion if I may. A fan in the front room, a mirror in the bedroom and a hat rack or hooks on wall by door. We'd still stay there, but that would complete it. We have been coming to Hilton Head since 2008, our go to place for R & R. Ocean Dunes is great.

I have been staying at Adventure Inn Properties since 1995. This room was the nice and by far exceeded my past stays at any of the property locations. The room was amazing and still smelled of fresh paint. The design and decor were modern and very comfortable. My favorite part was having 2 ottomans to prop our feet on. We would definitely request this room AGAIN!!!
Stephanie helped me find this awesome room for our vacation so many thanks to her because this was a last minute trip!!!

Wonderful one bedroom condo at the beach. Easy walk to the beach from boardwalk. Convenient elevator with carts to unload your vehicle. Very comfortable bed (loved that it was king sized) with good storage. Kitchen is new and appliances were great. We knew that there would be construction outside as they are installing a new pool area, but wasn't overly disruptive. The condo is exactly as pictured.

One of the best yet! This is a wonderful unit for a couple. Well planned configuration made this villa comfortable and inviting! Very well maintained. View of ocean was fabulous! Access to the beach was easy. Love the Vacation Time staff - they're the best!
