Seaside Villa 250

We stayed for only 3 days but it was a great location right next to the beach and an easy walk to all the most popular shopping/ beaches close by. The AC in the living was a bit spotty, but the other unit made up for it. Great layout and plenty of commodities, towels etc. The pool was also warm and close to the room. Parking was somewhat all over the place without an assigned spot, but it was easy enough finding an open spot.

The unit was wonderful! We arrived and realized we didn’t have sofa bed bedding, a quick call to management took care of that. They were friendly and got the supplies delivered to us quickly.
Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The available sand toys and chairs were a nice bonus. The only downside to the property is having to make a trip to the pool area for a shower to clean off the beach sand. The unit beside us had a shower as soon as you left the beach, which woulld be nice but not a deal breaker. We loved the 8 days we were here and would definitely stay here again. Less than half a mile walk from Coligny Plaza was nice for shopping and dinner.

This villa was a good spot for a short get-away (3 nights) at the beach. The location is ideal with easy beach access. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 6) and were able to make it work for a short stay; however, I would not recommend this villa for a week-long stay or one with more adults or older children, just too cramped for that. Having stayed in both places numerous times, this villa reminds me more of Myrtle Beach accommodations rather than Hilton Head - a typical beach villa with the basics but nothing high-end. The pictures online make the villa look bigger than it really is. The sofa is VERY uncomfortable. Also, be warned that the larger half of the pool is 6-8' deep - way too deep for children (and most adults) unless you are good swimmers. I'm surprised it was that deep since there's no diving board. The smaller half that is only up to 4' is crowded if there are lots of people at the pool. The beach path is totally flat (no stairs) and has a great rinse-off area! The one elevator is very slow and has no AC, feels like getting shut up in a sauna. The villa was clean, but the linens provided were stained and ratty. The check-in-and-out process was very easy. I can't imagine trying to cook in the tiny kitchenette - we only ate sandwiches in the villa - but there are several very good restaurants close by. We loved Skillet and Aunt Chiladas!

Condo was just as described. We had an issue with front door not closing properly and tub drainage, but once reported, maintenance was quick to respond.

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head as always. We loved the location of this condo. We could walk to Coligny Plaza and bike to dinner every night. The beach was a 2 to 3 minute walk down the access path!! The condo had everything that was promised. The could could have been more comfortable and the kitchen items could use some updating, but we were able to fix eggs and sausage for breakfast every morning and salads/sandwiches for lunch. The beds were super soft and comfortable. My husband and I slept well each night. My 9 year old daughter loved her bunk. The complex was nice. Pool was awesome. We did not have any noisy neighbors. Would recommend this as a reasonably priced condo near the ocean!!

A good, small property with just enough to cover everything you'll need. We enjoyed the location, beach & pool access and property managers who made the process very easy.

Our children (5 & 8) loved the bunks just outside the master bedroom, but I imagine older kids (12+) could have an issue with the small size. Fortunately, there's also a couch if needed.

Boogie boards and other items were a hit with the kids, while a gated area, ample parking, wifi and elevator/stairwell access made the adults happy.

Overall, this was a last-minute and fairly inexpensive option that we would definitely consider again - no question.

The door on the unit was loud every time you opened the door. Overall stay 3 - property condition microwave started smelling like burnt wires,the dishwasher did not work. Bed head board was loose, bed itself was very comfortable. Couch needs to be replaced. Grounds were extremely clean!! Good location, pool well kept.

Our family, 2 adults and 2 boys ages 3 & 7, recently returned from a week at Hilton Head Island where we stayed at the Seaside Villas. This was our first visit to HHI and we had a wonderful stay during our time on the island.

Our vacation rental was located in a great place. We thought the walkway to the beach was very convenient. We really appreciated the showers that were able to wash the sand off. We also really liked having the pool visible from our front door. Our kids loved hanging out at the pool and meeting other children to play with. There are washer/driers on every floor so we did not have any problems finding an available machine.

The unit we stayed at had everything that we needed for our stay. It was clean. Our kids were excited about sleeping in the cubbyhole style bunk beds. The beds were comfortable. Basic linens were provided which was very useful.

The owners of the unit were very responsive to questions that I had. They have made sure that the unit has all the necessary kitchen equipment to prepare meals. We also appreciated having the wifi. The vacation rental management were also very courteous.

We will definitely be visiting HHI again.

This condo was everything they said it would be. It was perfect for my husband and me. We made most of our meals ourselves and the kitchen was very will equipped. The WIFI was super fast, we loved sitting out on the balcony and hearing the ocean. The best thing of all is the location! I would recommend this property to anyone.

The unit was as advertised and the view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful. The small kitchen gave us an excuse to eat out more often. I know couch is a sleeper couch, but it would be nice if the apartment had a recliner chair or a recliner couch. We had a small problem when the tub wouldn't drain, but it was repaired quickly. Check in and check out was a breeze (we left a day early because of the anticipated storms).

We had a great stay at this property! They had all the little things we needed, a lighter for the grill, toys, chairs for the beach. The owners had put a beach umbrella in the condo in April but by July it appears to have gone missing. The condo is very close to the pool which is great for kids but tough at nap time for small kids as it is very loud. At night the security was very good to close down the pool at 10 PM but be prepared for noise prior to that. Also, the knob on the closet needs to be re glued. That said, we were still very happy. The rental company even had complimentary water squirter toys for our kids upon check in- instant souvenirs!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family of 4 at Hilton Head! The condo worked well (kids ages 7 & 4) and it was only a short walk to the beach and a few stairs away from the pool. The pool was closed 3 days as they were doing maintenance on it but we were able to enjoy the beach those days.

This was our first visit to HHI, and the first trip to the beach for our 2 young kids.

This condo was the PERFECT match for all of our needs- from the sleeping accommodations (comfy bed and neat bunks), kitchenette and fully stocked supplies throughout. It was clean and comfortable, and the size was just right for us.

The proximity of the unit to the beach, property pool and Coligny Plaza was awesome; very easy walking distance.

The unit, even the property, was quiet even with lots of kids around; just pleasant all around.

The Piggly Wiggly grocery store had everything one could imagine at great prices; no need to bring food. Just hop over there when you arrive.

The owners were very responsive from our first contact forward. The unit/VRBO description was 100% accurate. And we can't wait to book again for next year!

Our family had a great stay at Doris and John's villa. The condo was super clean and the oceanfront location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance, shopping, grocery, etc. The condo is well stocked with just about anything you might need, i.e. dinnerware, cooking utensils, etc. The entire property is well maintained, clean, and quiet. Reservations, arrival, departure was all super convenient. Thanks Doris and John for allowing us to stay at your place, one of the best family vacations we've had in a long time.

We took our bicycles, enjoyed riding the blacktop trails, walked the beach, ate at nice restaurants, saw two movies, and had a relaxing, fun time -- first time, ever, for both of us in Hilton Head!

Accurate to description. Used our own chairs but caddy and umbrella supplied by owners were very useful for the short walk to the beach. Location was close to Coligny and bike rentals were a good deal.

Our rental experience at Seaside Villas was very good from check in to check out. The management company was very helpful and easy to work with and close by. The property itself was in a very convenient location and the unit we rented was more than satisfactory. The updates were well done and we were happy with everything in the unit. The unit is small but was a good size for two adults and one child. The only problem we had with the unit itself was with the lock on the entry door. It was difficult to lock when leaving the unit. Parking was no problem. It was an easy walk to the beach with no street to cross and the owners supplied a little beach cart to carry beach chairs and other items they provided to use on the beach. We had a really nice stay and would definitely rent this unit again if we were vacationing in Hilton Head.

The entire experience was more than expected. The rental had a second floor ocean view and a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were cozy, comfortable, clean and affordable. The units were gated with secure parking and an interior pool, as well as, elevator service to our floor. We had access to an exercise facility and an indoor pool. The management company was very helpful and we would welcome a return trip.

The location is phenomial!!! A stones thrown to the beach. A little smaller than expected however it suited all our needs and notice time was spend indoors. Kitchen is small and you would need to bring everyone needed to make a meal side from a few pots and pans. The stay was wonderful and will use again for sure!!! A lovely compact clean condo on the beach.
A few suggestions - guest book in condo needs to be updated. There was no info on how to operate the tv in the living room as well as the a-c unit. Also one day when I went to pick up a parcel at the office at 5:40 p.m., it was closed even though that same day when talking to someone in the office they said they were open til 6 pm. However the staff in the office were very friendly and went out of their way for you.

This property is not huge but great for a family of four!!!I loved the location of being right on the ocean, we could see it from our balcony. I would definetly return here. This villa was very cozy and had any and everything we could have possibly wanted and needed. Although there are bunkbeds and a pullout sofa, I would not recommend for more than 2-3 people as it would be tight if everyone in there at the same time. The location is GREAT and super close to beach. The pool was also well maintained and clean.

We love SeaSide Villas. It is oceanfront and has a nice walkway to the beach, also a shower and a sundeck!Pools are nice and great on days when beach is too windy! Very well kept property and great location for walking to many shops and restaurants. These units are small but just right for two people.If you can look for a unit that has been updated. Many owners have remodeled their units making them more open and comfortable. Many couples have been coming to HH year after year and staying at Seaside Villas. We have made several friends that we now look forward to seeing next year. We will definately be staying here again.

Cozy, nicely decorated unit that could use some updating. Bedroom is too small for the queen bed. One person must climb in from the end of the bed as there is no room to get in beside the bed! Property is not new, but is nicely situated. Fine for a couple, would be crowded with small children.

We have been vacationing at HHI since 1985 and have used Vacation Time rentals for many many years - we have always been extremely pleased with the service...you guys are awesome. This is our 4th stay at Seaside Villas and we were once again very pleased with the villa. You just can't beat HHI for a vacation destination.
