AMAZING SPOT!!!
This spot was incredible for my friends and I! It’s walking distance to everything you could possible need and as close as you can get to the beach! Owners were phenomenal to us and the condo was very nice! Highly recommend!

Location was great. Right where we like to be in Coligny. The condo in particular that we had was closest to the main beach entrance which we didn't love, it would have been nice to have oceanfront. Also, all mattresses could be updated as they were very uncomfortable. Also the lack of supplies was disappointing. We couldn't even sweep or mop the floor while we were there as there were no supplies to do so. Also the washing machine was not cleaned prior to our visit.

We had a lovely time in a great location at Breakers. Every day was a happy one full of ocean breezes and fun with our family nearby.

The check in process was quick. The security guard always walked the property in the evening. The pool guy on Friday was very rude. Not only to me but like three other guests. He said I need to learn to read. Myself and the other guest was only putting towels on the table before 9am he was going off. I told the second shift security guard. He said he would of said something if he was there. That pool guy needs to be written up or not come back. The rest of the stay was Awesome

Wonderful location, easy check in process.
Very nice little unit perfect for me.
A few issues, (smoke detector beeped, and the dish washer did not work)
But nothing that took away from the experience.

The Breaker’s is a great place to stay. It is next to ColigNy and beach front. As the description says, it’s a 1BR, 1BA condo and Is very small. There are 4 TV’s however the set-up of the main TV is different than the setup of the BR and bunk bed TV’s. The storage chest on the patio had 2 beach chairs and a couple of big beach umbrellas. This was very convenient. When we got to the condo, the Internet was not working. We called the office and they sent someone out to fix it. The day before we left, we had the same problem and once again contacted the office. They didn’t send anyone out but since we we’re leaving the next day, we didn’t follow-up on it. The main pool was closed a couple of days during our stay but the kiddie pool was open. This was not a big deal since we were there for the beach. It would be more convenient if the access code to the condo could be emailed to the guests instead of having to go by the office to pick up the access code. In the days of needing physical keys to enter the condo, that makes sense but not with key codes.

Great condo!! Updated with A+ location
This unit in the Breakers is fantastic! It's updated and in excellent condition. Good sized bedroom with plenty of storage. Two bunk beds for kids with their own TV's built-in, and a nice kitchen/living area with a pull out couch. Everything we needed was supplied by the owners. There is a washer and dryer in the closet. Plenty of space for our family of three. The location is incredible. Literally steps from the beach and Pool Bar Jim's, which we love. You can walk to Coligny for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner as there are plenty of options. Piggly Wiggly across the street as well. Amazing convenience. You won't be disappointed renting this place. We'll be back for sure. Great job by the owners of this place.

The breakers are typical beach property that has return guest. Still no elevator so our 1st floor was easy. No view but can sit on balcony and hear live music coming from the holiday inn Nextdoor or short walk over and join the fun of drinks dance and music! The room was cozy clean easy beach access across the street from Colligne . Bike rental at pedals easy Peezy.

Awesome stay
Awesome place to stay! Steps away from the beach, pool, shopping, and dining! Perfect place for a small family or a couples get away! Will definitely be returning!

Great Getaway
Great location: a quick walk to the beach. Near restaurants and shops. Even walking distance to the grocery store. Clean and well maintained. Great for a couple or (with the bunk-beds) a couple with small children. We really enjoyed our get-away. Hope to return soon.
