Step inside to find a thoughtfully updated interior with an open floor plan. The modern kitchen features sleek quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and full-size appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, a stackable washer and dryer provide added convenience.
The main level is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a powder room near the dining area. The living room, furnished with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, opens onto a private patio. Enjoy outdoor dining with a gas grill and seating that overlooks the serene, end-unit courtyard.
On the second floor, the master bedroom awaits with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa. Please note that pets are not permitted on the back patio or in the central courtyard area.

Great location, across street from beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Friendly community at the Cabanas. Location is a definite positive for this rental unit.
