Hilton Head Beach Villa 24

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The new pool was nice & welcomed change! The floor plan was a nice layout with an additional tv/famiily room.

The condo is beautiful but was not clean upon entering. We found several dead cockroaches. I contacted the rental company and they were very responsive. They sent a pest control company and a cleaner within 1 day and never saw anymore bugs. I appreciated the quick response but would’ve appreciated a clean condo upon entering. The furniture next to the kitchen could be better/more comfortable and a bigger tv.

Overall the condo was great! Clean and well stocked upon arrival. Great location. Space was comfortable. Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable but king bed was very comfortable and kids seemed fine in the twin beds. Overall great stay!

Family friendly complex and beach villa steps to the beach. Our family enjoys this complex year after year and Unit 24 was great. Good space for large family three levels so everyone can have their own space and two living areas, nice patio set and chairs for dinner poolside. Vacation Time of Hilton Head was great to work with. We definitely will return next year.

Have rented here for close to 30 years. The places are always clean, the staff always helpful. However, this unit had a number of mysteries—how to get lights in the kitchen area to work and TV sets with what seemed like too many remotes. A guide to how to turn the sets on would have helped.

Appreciated that each bedroom had access to a bathroom.
3rd level; both bedrooms had ensuite baths.
2nd level; bath & laundry.
1st level; bedroom & media room.
Stairs between levels were wide enough.
Spacious kitchen.
Dishwasher could use updating.
Some of the sliding door locks need replaced.
Plastic window blinds in 3rd level bedroom were inoperable.

The unit is decorated so nicely - we loved everything about it but especially the view. One of my favorite times was sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean while eating breakfast. We love Beach Villas and are planning our next summer trip.

We had a great time in HH. The condo was lovely, great location. Everything is updated in the Condo. Maybe could use a master bathroom update. The only complaint we have is the main floor furniture was very uncomfortable! We sat there to watch TV most evenings. We all agreed that after a couple weeks of sitting there our backs were aching. I would suggest a couple nice comfortable chairs in that area.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the villas. Ten adults along with four grandchildren were happy with the accommodations. Having the beach so close was such a plus, especially during the Covid pandemic. Would recommend this small venue for family get togethers.

Great location. Loved that it is a smaller complex so not as crowded as the resorts nearby. Short walk to beach with chair and umbrella rentals a plus for us! Wish it was more of an ocean view but enjoyed the shade in the afternoon from the large trees. Property was updated and had nice decor. Wish the cleaning service was a little more attentive, after we got there I was able to re-clean all services in the kitchen and bathrooms to avoid germs from prior guests. Pool was nice and private. Kids loved it. Terry and Stephanie at Vacation Time were friendly and easy to work with and will use again.

We loved the location to the ocean. I enjoyed walking on the beach. We enjoyed family visits. Plenty of room. My wife's health issues meant the many stairs were a problem. Our fault.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. It’s proximity to the pool was perfect for our family as well as the ease of accessing the beach. My only complaint is the lack of sufficient seating in the main living area. A full size couch or another chair would have made it more comfortable.

This was our second stay at the Beach Villas and our first stay in this unit. We love this complex with it's close proximity to the ocean. Our kids loved to hang out on the balcony and watch for other kids to play with at the pool. This unit is beautifully remodeled, well equipped and a comfortable place to stay. These units have several short staircases, but our little ones were big enough to manage them themselves. We'll definitely stay in the Beach Villas again and we'd love to stay in this unit again if we can!

Stayed at Beach Villas many times. First time in unit 24. Beautiful new decor! Loved having hardwood floors! Everything very clean. Rented through Vacation Time of Hilton Head. They are super to work with and extremely accommodating. Only suggestion for unit is to update some kitchen utensils. Pots and pans and dishes and glasses and silverware were well stocked. Great location!

Was not nearly as humid as usual nor was our experience getting, around or out of the island. Ocean was warm and no jelly fish. Rental was clean but disappointed in overall condition. Tears in the rug and overall floor condition on second floor. Needs basic maintenance. Been coming to this part of the beach for many years. Will definitely return. Liked the photos showing the view. Might recommend to a friend. Always a hit going to Coligny and the Tiki Hut...traditions. Saw groups of people carrying glass bottles and glasses into the pool.

My now husband and I (!!!) rented unit 24 for our destination wedding weekend on Hilton Head Island. The condo location is perfect for walking or biking to Coligny and all of the shopping/dining areas. The unit itself is clean, well decorated, stocked with all the comforts of home, and has great beds, linens, and pillows! The layout was perfect! We loved the courtyard, and even used it for our "first look" location prior to our ceremony. Check in and check out were seamless, customer service was great, and the owner even called to check on us after our stay. We also really appreciated the ease of the Vacation Time mobile app! Did I mention ocean views from the balcony? This is a perfect getaway condo - and we will be back!!!!

We spent 3 months here and have happily rebooked for the same unit next year. The villa is very conveniently located for beach, shopping, and dining out and at the same time, particularly when we were there, provides a wonderful sense of privacy. Overall the villa is well appointed and well decorated with just a few minor issues mentioned to Vacation Time management. We'd certainly recommend this property to anyone.

We loved this villa! It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location...near the pool, a quick walk to the beach, and a short trip to Coligny and Harbour Town. We hope to return again next summer!

We had a great experience except for the automatic lawn sprinklers going off every day at dinner time when trying to grill and the blenders need to be replaced / updated in one of the units. Other unit did not have many appliances or kitchen utensils. More towels would be appreciated so not having to do laundry so often. After all it is vacation!

Our villa was the best of two worlds. We had front row access to the beach. Yet, we also enjoyed quiet seclusion among the trees in the pool area. We have always found the facilities to be well-maintained. Coming here is one of the highlights of our year!

We enjoyed two weeks in February at this spacious town house that is very close to the beach. Town house has all of the amenities that you would expect plus free membership to the local health club and use of nearby tennis courts. It is centrally located. We enjoyed several meals at Redfish restaurant. Grocery shopping is convenient (Harris Teater and Piggy Wiggly are close by and Whole Foods is less than a 10 minute drive. The rental office manager, Linda Roberts, was especially helpful.

We have stayed at this property for 25 years in a row every summer...and will continue to stay at Hilton Head Beach Villas...we love the beach front access, the expansive grass courtyard, the bunnies, and the condo's comforts and amenities! The location is perfect for riding bikes to Coligny and we love the New updated boardwalk to the beach!

I have stayed in the same villa for several years and I hope to be able to continue to do so for many years to come. It is the perfect location for rising early in the morning and going for a beautiful sunrise walk on the beach, after which, you can either stay and relax on the beach or go to the pool. Since the fence has been put in, you feel more secure because there is no flow through walking traffic and with children that is a double plus. In all the years of staying there, I have never had a bad experience. I always leave the island looking forward to my next trip to Hilton Head and staying at Hilton Head Beach Villas.

Each year I look forward to May and October because I know that I will be spending a few weeks on Hilton Head Island in Beach Villa 24. The beach at that area of the island, in my opinion, is the best on the entire island, great for long walks and for playing in the sand with grandchildren. When you are tired of the beach then the pool is most relaxing because it is never over-run with too many people. The most exciting moment upon arrival at Hilton Head is crossing the "big" bridge but then again the saddest moment is also crossing the "big" bridge upon departure. I have been visiting Hilton Head Island for over 35 years and have stayed at many different areas but I enjoy the Beach Villas the most, it is well located, the villas are very comfortable, the beach is great, and it is well kept.
