Forest Gardens is a quiet community surrounded by beautiful trees that add to the serene, private setting. The beach is less than a mile away and you'll find this villa truly is a "home away from home". This property is located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, within walking distance to Coligny, the center of Hilton Head Island. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bike trails! Located on the first floor this 2 bedroom/1 bath villa has a spacious layout and is beautifully decorated. The living room is nicely furnished with sofa and comfy chair and flat screen TV. Separate dining area and kitchen with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, beautiful wood cabinets. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience in the kitchen. The deck off the living room overlooks the pool and is comfortably furnished, the perfect spot to enjoy a good book. The master has a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin-size bed. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with access from the hallway as well as the master bedroom.
